To boost the time-interval appointment and diagnosis service positively, shorten the invalid waiting time, make it convenient for people to see the doctor, and improve the medical experience of patients is a significant part of the deepening of the public hospital reform. This research mainly conducts the statistical analysis of the outpatient service resource and capacity of the Department of Stomatology with the re-visiting patients of the second-level diagnosis subject of a Class III Grade A comprehensive hospital in Shanghai as the research objects. The computer simulation model of diagnosis and treatment is established according to the diagnosis and treatment standards of different oral diseases and practical operation time of the diagnosis and treatment project. Meanwhile, the time-interval appointment and diagnosis sequence optimization model is established with the “parallel machine” heuristic algorithm, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified with the historic data of re-visiting patients of the Department of Stomatology, and the intelligent sequence optimizing the time-interval appointment and diagnosis for re-visiting patients of the Department of Stomatology is put forward.In this study, methods are applied comprehensively, including the document research, empirical research and statistics, etc. for the SQL inquiry and summary of SQL SERVER database for CDR(clinical data warehouse) by relying on the big data integration platform information construction project of the hospital. The application of sequence optimization strategy based on the computer simulation technology in the time-interval appointment and diagnosis service is evaluated objectively through the data of actual waiting time before and after the time-interval appointment and diagnosis sequence optimization.It is considered in the research that the sequence optimization strategy based on the computer simulation technology can make the time-interval appointment and diagnosis service more scientific, accurate and predictable, which is advantageous for the time-interval appointment and diagnosis service of multi-diagnosis projects. The “parallel machine” operation sequence study is a significant tool of realizing the time-interval appointment and diagnosis service sequence optimization. The research result will contribute to the improvement of medical experience, which is of great significance in enhancing the social satisfaction, harmony patient-doctor relationship, etc.
