Due to the increasing of the use of vascular stent, more and more people make more attention to its safety and effection, the physical and mechanics performance of the stent is the critical factors to decide the clinical effection, but the requirment of the physical and mechanics performance is mainly focus on the standard which is compiled by manufacture themselves, it's difficult to compare the product's performance without the unified inspection method, so there will have the important theory's value to make the research to study the vascular stent performance on the basis of unified testing method.The study choose the physical and mechanics performance of vascular stent as object of study to build the experiment reasearch and performance comparison based on the same testing conditions.First I analysis the main physical and mechanics performance of vascular stent, choose the performance of radial force and fatigue resistence as the crucial target to research, have the factor which influent them, and build the theory basis to the following study. Then I choose the balloon expandable stent with the same nominal diameter and same indication, the self-expandable stent with different application to do the radial force performance study, the result indicate that the same testing method is benefit to compare the performance of vascular stent, but when you want to know which stent product is best, you must consider all the factors that influence the stent's function. Due to the individual different and complexity, it's necessary to do the experiment on the stent product and build an evaluation system used to compare the stent. I make a experiment study to the crucial data of the fatigue resistence performance, simplifing the steps of data testing, and study the stent's radial force performance after the fatigue testing, the result indicate that the fatigue testing reduce the radial force performance of the stent, it need to build the evaluation system after the fatigue testing.The study bring the idea of same product and same condition to the inspection theory, remedy a blank of real product inspection data, compare the stent performance for the first time, give the solution idea to evaluate the stent, make a theory basis to build the stent inspection and evaluation system.
