Human resources' competition is the most prominent characteristic in the era of knowledge economy. Human resources are the primary factor of economic development and the main resources of each organization development , especially under the condition where the construction enterprise faces the market day by day , competition is getting more and more intense among enterprises . the performance of competition is talented person's competition, its development is decided by quality and vigor of its human resources.The management of engineering project, is widely applied in the engineering project management practice, and has made the further progress. But in the concrete engineering project management practice , human resources' effective disposition is still the bottleneck which restricts the development of enterprise project management . The human resources disposition is the central content of human resources management, and is the foundation of doing human resources management well. Generally speaking, if the human resources disposition is quite scientific , reasonable, and can form the good mechanism, it is good for balancing the supplies and demand of human resources, displaying worker's enthusiasm, the creativity, and raising the working efficiency and the organization efficiency. This article , from human resources management , discusses the human resources disposition in the engineering project management, obtains the key aspects which influence the success or failure of engineering project to realize the effective management of engineering project.The research goal of this article is through elaborating the correlative theories and the essential method of the human resources disposition management , taking the LJ hospital's extension project management as research analysis case , aiming at the present situation of human resources disposition in this project process , analysis the existence questions and puts forward the target-oriented solution proposals and the countermeasures., enables the project management personnel to promptly recruit the employment advertise, select and match appropriate personnel in the project management process to achieve the unification of nature and quantity.Through the empirical analysis, the article obtains the main problems which exist in the human resources disposition aspect of the LJ hospital extension project management. Management idea is relative backwardness , The human resources disposition integrally lacks the scientific plan, The team construction of engineering project waits for enhancing, the engineering project is short of organization communication, human resources' value manifests the insufficiency , the distribution system lacks the corresponding incentive mechanism.In order to solve the problems, Change the present situation of the human resources disposition in the LJ hospital extension project , we must begin from two aspects . On the one hand we must establish the scientific and reasonable human resources disposition mechanism, which requests the internal establishment of scientific perfect introduction mechanism of talent and the selection mechanism of talent. On the other hand, after having established the capable organizations and the reasonable personnel disposes, fully displays each staff's talent , fully unearths each staff's potential, which are the final foothold of human resources optimization disposition in the engineering project. This depends on strengthening the construction of unity practical project team , effective communication between the departments and members as well as the powerful incentive mechanism . Only then implement the effective spiritual drive and the material drive, fully arouse staff's enthusiasm, let the staff labor fully display the talent and potential, do we realize the goal of human resources optimization disposition .The research of human resources disposition management in the LJ hospital extension project involves many aspects, the perfect establishment of human resources disposition management mechanism also needs a long process , only we carry on the thorough and careful research by combing the specific items in the practical work can we effectively solve the problems in the management.
