Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke The Fengtanyuzu Of The Clinical Effect Of Observation And Health Economics Research Evaluation

Purpose: To observe clinical application and economic evaluation on treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in acute ischemic stroke.Method: Take 46 patients with standard condition in hospitial,and divide them into the test pattern with grain of huatantongluo,contains 23 patients cases;the contrast pattern with the method of changchunzhongyiyao,contains 23 patients cases。From the time of their being in hospitial to the 7th days, 14th days,21th days,the observation on clinical symptom and effect Observation were collected.Result: On the development of stroke,the effect and the clinical symptm change by applying the method of huatantongluo and Changchun were compared.And we find that there is no obvious difference on impairment of neurological function.But when it comes to the change on syndrome of Chinese medicine, the Changchun group is better.Conclusion: The method of huatantongluo(treatment group) and the method of changchunzhongyiyao (control group) were normal scheme can obviously improve the stroke patients with clinical symptoms, no significant side effects and adverse reaction of effective treatment methods, it is. But the method of changchunzhongyiyao normal scheme can be faster to improve clinical symptoms and reduce the majority of patients with pain, and has the good economic value.
