Yishenhuoxue Huazhuo Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Vascular Dementia In Clinical Research

Objective: The subject of clinical observation is designed to evaluate the treatment Yishenhuoxue Huazhuo mild to moderate vascular dementia clinical efficacy and safety to prove that the method does have efficacy in vascular dementia, clinical research and development for the future provide the basis for new drugs .Methods: According to the Chinese Medical Association in 2002 would be crazy credits, "the draft diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia." Reference to the 2002 edition of "Guidelines for clinical research of Chinese medicine drug" in the "Chinese Medicine Treatment of Dementia Drug Guidelines" standard. Included 60 cases and using computer 30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients, observing whether the two groups different treatment, with or without statistical significance.Results: The clinical efficacy of the cognitive function assessment, the two groups were compared, treatment group, 30 patients were 20.00% efficiency, the total effective rate was 86.67%, control group 30 cases, markedly effective rate 3.33%, total effective rate 43.33%, indicating treatment group than the control group; the treatment group to improve the TCM activities of daily living are better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions: The results show that Yishenhuoxue Huazhuo law is effective for vascular dementia was significantly better than the control group, to improve the efficacy of prominent symptom, with the value of clinical application and development.
