The Pharmacodynamic Research On Xiaoshuantongluo Capsule For Myocardial Ischemia

Purpose: To investigate the main pharmacological effects of xiaoshuantongluo capsule for myocardial ischemia.Method: A model of myocardial ischemia was established in rats by the methods of coronary arteryligation,therapeutic dose in seven days, test electrocardiogram ST segment deviation,blood biochemical indicator: SOD activity,MDA content,AST,LDH and CK levels,measure myocardial infarction sizes; After prophylaxis dose in five days , establish a model of myocardial ischemia in rats by the methods of injecting isoproterenol intraperitoneal,then test the total mv of ST segment displacement,the amount of rats which ST segment abnormal displacement occurred and the average of the ST segment displacement.After prophylaxis dose in five days , establish a model of arrhythmia in mouses by the methods of inhale chloroform,observe the incidence of ventricular fibrillation; after prophylaxis dose in five days, establish a model of arrhythmia in rats by the methods of injecting barium chloride,test the change in electrocardiogram.Through the four trials observed the effect of xiaoshuantongluo capsule on myocardial ischemia andarrhythmia.Result: Xiaoshuantongluo capsule can obviously decrease electrocardiogram ST segment deviation,the total mv of the ST segment displacement,the average of the ST segment displacement and myocardial infarction size,AST,LDH and CK levels of rats myocardial ischemia models, obviously increase SOD activity in serum,decrease MDA content in serum, reduce obviously pathological changes of myocardial ischemia; Xiaoshuantongluo capsule can obviously decrease the incidence of ventricular fibrillation of mouse arrhythmia model and decrease the duration of bidirectional arrhythmia of rats arrhythmia models,reduce obviously pathological changes of arrhythmia.Conclusion: Xiaoshuantongluo capsule can obviously decrease electrocardiogram ST segment deviation caused by myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia ; scavenging free radical,reducing CK,LDH,AST concentration in serum;protect the affected myocardium, And also have effects of decrease incidence of ventricular fibrillation. Xiaoshuantongluo capsule has obviously therapeutic effect for myocardial ischemia.
