Clinical Observasion On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis With Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Wen Acupuncture

Objective: Through the comparison of four kinds of treatments, observe the curative effect and clinical value on the treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Wen acupuncture, discuss its mechanism of action preliminarily.Methods: Clinic patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea of congealing cold and blood stasis are randomly divided into group A(treatment group 30 cases, traditional Chinese medicine combined with Wen acupuncture group) and group B( Wen acupuncture control group, 30 cases), group C(Traditional Chinese medicine control group, 30 cases) and group D(Blank control group, 30 cases). In Group A, 10 days before menstruation began taking Chinese medicine, daily 1 agent, and joining Wen acupuncture treatment 5 to 7 days before menstruation, every time 30 minutes; In group B, the acupoint selection and treatment are the same as the treatment group A; In group C, Chinese medicine formula and method are the same as group A; Group D to placebo. Each menstrual cycle for a course of treatment, observe the onset time, analgesic effect,clinical curative effect, and the changes of the dysmenorrhea symptom of the four groups; detect blood rheology, sex hormone, menstrual blood prostaglandins, uterine artery blood flow mechanics and so on each index, then test and compare.Results: Comparison of improving the comprehensive curative effect, the onset time and the severity of disease is significant difference, group A in the clinical curative effect and symptom improved obviously, faster onset, no significant differences within group D. Factorial design results show that the Wen acupuncture and Chinese medicine both have the effect in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, there are differences in efficacy in combination with the application, the effect in combination of the two is better. After treatment,symptom integral and VAS points of A, B, C three groups show different degree of decline, compared within group, significant difference, no obvious difference was found within group D; Compared between groups, significant difference, the decline in group A is more obvious. Blood rheological numerical, prostaglandins, and uterine artery blood flow in group A, B, C were significantly decreased. Comparison in the three group, there are more significant differences, group D no difference. Compared between groups, significant difference, group A decreased more obviously. A, B, C three groups all have different degree of Estrogen decrease and Progesterone increase, compared group, significant difference, group D no significant difference. compared between groups, significant difference, the effect of lowering Estrogen and elevating Progesterone in Group A appears more obvious.Conclusion: Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Wen acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the blood in patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea of congealing cold and blood stasis, improve microcirculation, adjust the ovarian hormone, improve pelvic blood circulation, make the symptoms of dysmenorrheal patients significantly improved, curative effect is better than the application of the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction or Wen acupuncture alone, and the recurrence rate is low, the long-term curative effect affirmation, found no obvious side effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
