The article analyse the fatty oil in radish seed,plantain seed,sinapis alba,cassia seed and perilla fruit before and after processing,and studied the 5 herbs' changes in dissolution of active ingredients before and after extract fat oilAccording to Pharmacopoeia of the processing methods for processing of traditional chinese medicinal.The extracted fat oils after saponification and esterification ,detect handled sample by GC-MS.The result indicate that the ingredient of fatty oil in 5 chinese herb medicine have changed before and after processing, certain fatty acids can be reduced even disappear by processing ,but some fatty acids will slightly increase than unprocessed .Therefore processing for the 5 chinese herb medicine in the treatment of disease to some extent .The article also studied radish seed and other 4 herbs before and after abstract fatty oil the dissolution amount of active ingredient and dissolution rate. Through the method of pharmacopoeia to detect the active ingredients in 5 herbs,adopt HPLC to detect . The results show that the amount of active ingredient dissolution after extracting fatty oil hingher than unextracted.After extraction of fatty oils of medicinal active ingredients dissolved in water were also studied. To change the extraction time and the amount of water,use HPLC to detect .The results show that after extracting fatty oil, the amount of active ingredient dissolution in water hingher than before,and improved the rate.
