Background:Authentic medicinal materials refer to high-quality Chinese medicinal materials that have good quality,good curative effect,and originate from a specific production area.In addition to its own excellent varieties,authentic medicinal materials mainly benefit from the special geographical and climatic environment of the local area.The environmental factors in the real estate area are one of the key conditions for the survival of authentic medicinal materials,including temperature,relative humidity,precipitation,soil,etc.At present,the environmental changes in the production areas of authentic medicinal materials,the increase in demand for authentic medicinal materials,and the shortage of rare and endangered medicinal materials are problems that need to be solved urgently.At the same time,if a new variety is introduced,the effect of the introduction of the new variety is not yet known.In addition,the planting of Chinese medicinal materials is mainly determined by the Chinese medicinal planting base and medicinal farmers based on the local varieties and market demand.The planting quality of Chinese medicinal materials cannot be guaranteed.Medicinal properties are the inherent properties of traditional Chinese medicines,as well as the unique properties of traditional Chinese medicines in treating diseases.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines are the core content of traditional Chinese medicine theories.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine include four qi,five flavors,and guijing,etc.,which are the main basis for Chinese medicine to guide clinical medication.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole reflect a certain rule of medication through the medicinal properties of the four qi,five flavors,and return channels.Relevant studies have shown that there is a certain connection between the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine and the growth environment.The formation of medicinal properties is affected by the external growth environment to a certain extent,which leads to certain differences in the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines from different origins.Therefore,this article uses the four qi,five flavors,and Guijing as a combination of medicinal properties to study the relationship between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and the growth environment.The study of the relationship between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and environmental factors in this article will help scientifically guide Chinese medicine planting bases and medicinal farmers to plant authentic medicinal materials based on environmental factors to ensure the stability of the quality of Chinese medicine.At the same time,further revealing the distribution law of the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and exploring the formation law of the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine will help the development and application of the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine.Constructing a combination prediction model of authentic medicinal materials is an efficient method to study the relationship between authentic medicinal materials,environmental factors and medicinal properties.Through the study of the relationship between the environmental factors and the medicinal properties of the authentic medicinal materials,the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials combination prediction model is established.Based on the differences in environmental factors,the types of authentic medicinal materials suitable for planting in various regions are predicted,which is useful for increasing the output of authentic medicinal materials.Assurance of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and the introduction of new varieties in various regions are of reference.At the same time,the characteristics of the medicinal combination of authentic medicinal materials under different environmental conditions are further summarized through predictive models.Purpose:This paper studies the relationship between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and environmental factors,and aims to construct a predictive model of medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials,guide the rational planting of authentic medicinal materials and improve the quality of authentic medicinal materials.In addition,a prediction model for the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and a national distribution map of medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials are established to obtain the characteristics of the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials under different environmental factors,and provide a basis for revealing the law of traditional Chinese medicine and guiding clinical use of Chinese medicine.Methods:This article mainly conducts research through the following five aspects:(1)With completeness and accuracy as the standard,through the integration of China Meteorological Data Network,Soil Science Database,"Chinese Dao Di Medicinal Materials"series,"China Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources Series"—China's Traditional Chinese Medicine Regionalization,network databases,and data sets of provinces,counties and counties across the country,use the entity grammar system to build a database between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and environmental factors.(2)Perform data preprocessing on the data set,including data cleaning,missing value processing,data integration,and data standardization processing.Data cleaning refers to removing duplicate samples and removing data that does not meet the conditions.Missing value processing refers to deleting the missing values in the data.Integration of data refers to the merging of related attribute data.Data standardization refers to the conversion of different types of data in a data set into unified and standardized data.(3)Research and analysis on the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials.First,select the required attribute data from the database,use statistical analysis methods to analyze the differences in the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials in the two random areas,calculate the chi-square value,and use the P value in the chi-square test analysis as the evaluation standard.When P value<0.05,it means that the difference in drug properties between the two regions is statistically significant.Based on the different medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials in various regions,the topographical distribution map of authentic medicinal materials in the country is drawn to further clarify that there are certain differences in the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials between regions under different environmental conditions.(4)Construction of prediction model for combination characteristics of authentic medicinal materials.The data set uses the information gain feature evaluation algorithm(InfoGainAttributeEval)and the Ranker search method to screen attributes on the basis of ten-fold cross-validation.The two categories with the lowest scores are deleted,and the remaining attribute data sets participate in the construction of the prediction model.The data set is randomly divided into a training set and a test set at a ratio of 4:1,the training set is used to build the model,and the test set is used to test the performance of the prediction model.The training set is modeled by decision tree algorithm,Bayesian network algorithm and integrated learning algorithm.The three classification prediction models are compared through the evaluation method of prediction models,and the optimal model is selected.(5)Establish a combination analysis platform of authentic medicinal materials based on the constructed optimal model.The data set with the known true value is analyzed on the authentic medicinal material combination analysis platform,and the accuracy of the predicted value is obtained through the gap between the true value and the predicted value,and the reliability of the prediction model is verified.Results:The research results of this article mainly include the following four aspects:(1)Construct a database between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and environmental factors.(2)Based on the Chi-square test to compare the differences in the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials between the two regions,by comparing the differences between the medicinal properties of the four qi in the two regions randomly selected,the four qi of authentic medicinal materials in Hebei and Henan provinces,its P=0.042<0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference in the medicinal properties of the four qi between Hebei and Henan provinces;comparing the four qi of authentic medicinal materials between Yunnan and Zhejiang,the P=0.011<0.05,It shows that Yunnan and Zhejiang provinces have significant differences in their medicinal properties of the four qi;comparing Hubei Province and Hunan Province in this set of data,P=0.018<0.05,indicating that Hubei Province and Hunan Province are the two provinces Among them,there are significant differences in their medicinal properties.When studying the two sets of data of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Liaoning Province,and Shandong Province and Uyghur Autonomous Region,it was found that the P values were all greater than 0.05,so there was no statistically significant difference in the four gas properties between the two regions.When analyzing the differences in the medicinal properties of the five flavors of authentic medicinal materials between the two random regions,it can be seen from the P value of each region that there is no value of P<0.05,that is,the difference in the medicinal properties of the five flavors between each group of regions is not statistically significant.(3)Use decision tree algorithm,Bayesian network algorithm and Random Subspace algorithm to construct a combination prediction model of authentic medicinal materials and use prediction model evaluation indicators to evaluate model performance.The prediction model of the combination of authentic medicinal materials and medicinal properties constructed by the decision tree algorithm,the accuracy of the training set and the test set for the construction of the model are similar,73.67%and 71.77%,respectively,the Kappa statistics are greater than 0.7,the MAE value is 0.0027,the RMSE value Both are around 0.03.The combination feature prediction model of authentic medicinal materials constructed by Bayesian network algorithm has the accuracy of both training set and test set model being less than 70%,Kappa statistical results are both less than 0.7,MAE results are both around 0.003,and RMSE results are both within Around 0.048.The Random Subspace algorithm builds a combination feature prediction model of authentic medicinal materials.The accuracy of the training set and test set model are 73.52%and 72.38%,respectively.The training set and test set results of Kappa statistics are 0.73 and 0.72,respectively,and the result of MAE is 0.0033,respectively.And 0.0032,the RMSE values are 0.038 and 0.038,respectively.Through the above analysis,the optimal model is selected.(4)Use the optimal model selected in(3)to establish a combination analysis platform for the properties of authentic medicinal materials,and verify the performance of the prediction model through the data set,and calculate its accuracy.Conclusion:This paper studies the relationship between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and environmental factors,establishes a database between the environmental factors and medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials,and constructs a combination predictive model of authentic medicinal materials.The verification shows that the constructed prediction model is reliable.Based on the optimal prediction model,a combination analysis platform for the properties of authentic medicinal materials was established.By verifying the accuracy of the prediction results of the analysis platform,it is proved that the combination analysis platform of authentic medicinal materials and medicinal properties has a certain degree of reliability.In general,this article provides a method for the rational planting of authentic medicinal materials through the study of the relationship between the medicinal properties of authentic medicinal materials and environmental factors,and also provides a strategy for the study of medicinal properties under different environmental conditions,which helps to reveal The prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and the supplement and improvement of the theory of medicinal properties.
