Objective:This research aims at study the clinical observation of Lumbar Disc Herniation and Knee Osteoarthritis which dealed with the way of waist and knees treated together。Methodology:The 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria associated with lumbar disc herniation and knee osteoarthritis as the research object, According to the random comparison of clinical trial priniciple,60 patients will be randomly distribute into two group, which is therapeutic group 30 cases, using the Holistic concept and biomechanical principles to deal by the way of waist and knees treat together。and control group 30 cases, Simple treat with lumbar disc herniation, the two groups are treated one month with acupuncture coordinate with ecto-spreading Chinese medicine, Records and compared lumbar disc herniation related symptoms, signs and hip arm spacing of the two groups before and after treatment, to evaluate the final effect of the lumbar disc herniation。Result:therapeutic group, using the overall concept and biomechanical principles to treat lumbar disc herniation and knee osteoarthritis at the same time, the Cure rate is 73.3%, the total effective rate is 96.7%。The control group, Simple treat with lumbar disc herniation, the Cure rate is 46.7%, the total effective rate is 80.0%。there is a distinct different between the two groups that are Analysised by the T test and Ridit (P<0.05)。The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group。Conclusion:the results show that:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group, Knee Osteoarthritis have an impact to lumbar disc herniation。...
