| 【objective】To observe the Qishen care heart tang ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure clinical efficacy for the treatment of ischemic heart disease provide a theoretical basis.[Methods] 60 patients diagnosed with ischemic cardiomyopathy were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases 30 cases. In the control group in improving life style, the control of cardiovascular disease risk factors,active therapy cause ischemic cardiomyopathy form based on the primary disease,application diuretics, cardiac glycosides, ACEI, p blockers, nitrates, statins and other routine western medicine. The treatment group in the control group based on the combined with Qishen care heart tang, Once a day. Course of treatment was 14 days. Two groups were compared TCM syndromes, cardiac effects and quality of life improvement.[Results] symptomatic of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group result was markedly effective 25 cases, effective in 5 patients, and invalid 0 example, the total effective rate was 100%. Blood in the control group in 2 cases, effective and cases effectiveness and 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3%. The two groups of significant efficiency difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Heart function, the treatment group got result was 28 cases, effective in 2 cases, invalid 0 example, the total effective rate was 100%.15 cases were markedly improved in the control group, effective and cases effectiveness and 4 cases, the total effective rate was 86.7%. The two groups of significant efficiency difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).To improve the quality of life is, after treatment, the two groups of quality of life scores were are down significantly, and before treatment is the difference was statistically significant points (p<0.05).The treatment group life quality declines in the control group was more, after treatment and two groups of two groups change is a statistically significant difference value (p<0.05).[Conclusion] Qishen care heart tang can obviously improve the heart failure patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy TCM symptoms,cardiac function and quality of life. |
