Influence Of Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Combined With Graft Of Neural Stem Cells On Motor Function Recovery Of Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To discuss the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation combined with graft of neural stem cells on motor function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction for finding an effective method to improve the motor function after cerebral infarction.Methods:Using completely random design,selection criteria in line with the selected 63 cases of motor dysfunction from cerebral infarction patients,patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A(n＝21),group B(n=20) and group C(n=22).All patients were treated by routine therapy in neuropathic department.A group was accepted rehabilitation therapy.B group was accepted rehabilitation combined with graft of neural stem cells therapy.C group was accepted acupuncture combined with rehabilitation combined with graft of neural stem cells therapy.Each group was assessed by clinical neural function-defect assessment, Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,modified Barthel Index and clinical effects respectively before and after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment,three groups of patients CSS,FMA and MBI were no statistically significant difference (p>0.05).Before and after the treatment,three groups of patients CSS,FMA and MBI had significant differences between them (p<0.01),and group C is superior to group A as well as group B (p<0.05). 2.The total effective rate of group C is significantly higher than group A and B group (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Rehabilitation therapy,rehabilitation combined with graft of neural stem cells therapy,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation combined with graft of neural stem cells therapy can effectively improve CSS,FMA and MBI after cerebral infarction. 2. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation combined with graft of neural stem cells therapy was effective,reasonable and feasible.
