Clinical Observation Of Finger Muscularconstricture After Stroke With Hegu Through Houxi Acupuncture

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect mechanism and function mechanism of HeGu through HouXi acupuncture remedy finger muscularconstricture after stroke.Method:Select March 2009 to December 2010 heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine subsidiary first hospital ward in hospital and clinic acupuncture and four patients,Accord with Atandard of medical screening after stoke patients with fingers spasm 60 cases。Randomly divided into Point-through- Point group (HeGu through HouXi acupuncture) and the control group (general acupuncture),Each group of 30 cases.Daliy acupuncture once,4 weeks for a period of treatment. Observe its efficacy with Fugl-meyer(FMA) Ashworth and Brunnstom rating scale.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate is 86.67% of Point-through-Point group and 73.33% of control group.Between the two groups in terms of total effectiveness have significant differences (P＜0.05). The results with Ashworth and Brunnstroln after the treatment show:Efficacy of Point-through-Point group is obvious better than control(P＜0.05).The results wit Ashworth FMA after the treatment show:The rating was statistically significant in Ashworth between the two groups(P＜0.05).however.there is statistical significance in FMA.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of HeGu through HouXi acupuncture is prominent with finger muscularconstricture after stroke.2.All have certain curative effect both of HeGu through HouXi acupunture and general acupuncture. But the Point-through- Point is better than eneral acupuncture.3.The preponderance of the Point-through-Point displays in Improve the movement after stroke.Fingers function.
