Clinical Study Of Nourishing Kidney-yin Method On Polysystic Ovarian Syndrome Of Defieieney Of Kidney-yin

Objective:To investigate the effete and mechanism of Nourishing Kidney-yin Method in treating patients with Polycystic ovarian syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin.Methods:Select 45 patients with PCOS of deficiency of kidney yin meeting the selection criteria, Classify them inio two groups.The treatment group(30Patients)was treated with Ziyinbushen Decoction and the control group(15Patients) was treated with Zuogui Wan.The course of treatment is 3months,and the observation should be last for 6months.Observing the change of clinical symptoms and signs, serum hormone(T,E2,LH/FSH) levels and the change of BBT, determine its clinical effect, anlyse the effect of the medicine and its safety aswell.Results:The rate of the total clinical effect in treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 73.33%, the rate of the evaluation of Chinese medicine syndrome effect in the two groups was 96.67%and 73.33%, the treating group was superior to the control group. The difference of the Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups before and after treatment made a obviouse significant(P<0.01), suggesting that the treating group was superior to the control group. Regulating menstrual cycle and relieving the clinical manifestation caused by deficiency of kidney yin, the treatment group was better. Two groups both can reduce T, LH and LH/FSH. There was a statistical difference in reduceing LH and T levels in two groups(P<0.01) and no difference in reduceing LH/FSH. The level of serological E2 can be raised in treatment group. The two groups can neither improve acne. During the treatment, neither of the two groups made adverse reactions.Conclusion:Nourishing Kidney-yin Method on PCOS of deficiency of kidney-yin was Proved efficient in the clinical research. It can improve the clinical situation and signs, regulate menstrual cycle and also significantly reduce the T,LH,LH/FSH. It can balance endocrine in an effective way.
