Purpose:The research aims to, through observation of clinical manifestation of different syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hysteromyoma, by means of modern statistics, explore the regularity of syndrome distribution, sum up the method of syndrome differentiation which is relatively objective and regular, and further analyze the correlation in Hysteromyoma syndromes, age, disease course, ultrasonic manifestation, thus providing a foundation for syndrome differentiation and scientific research. Meanwhile, it aims to summarize common syndromes of Hysteromyoma to lay foundation for better syndrome differentiation. Methods:On the basis of literature study, the data of patients'symptoms and signs are got through question survey and the data base is established by applying epidemiologic methods. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square test are used for statistic purpose, and the regularity of syndrome is summed up as well as the relationship in syndromes, age, disease course and ultrasonic manifestation. Results:Among gathered 559 cases, Single uterine fibroids accounts for 309 cases, Multiple uterine fibroids accounts for 250 cases; the syndrome can be categorized into six patterns, namely, nephrasthenia syndrome, stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver syndrome, qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis and renal deficiency syndrome, stagnation of moist heat syndrome, stagnation of phlegmatic hygrosis syndrome. The syndromes have a bearing on age, disease course and ultrasonic manifestation. The most common syndromes in Subserosal uterine fibroids, Submucous myoma, Cervical uterine fibroids and Intramural uterine fibroids respectively are blood stasis and renal deficiency syndrome, stagnation of moist heat syndrome, blood stasis and renal deficiency syndrome and stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver syndrome. With the increase of disease course, the incidence of Multiple uterine fibroids increases. Conclusion:It classifies Uterine fibroids into six syndromes. Among these syndromes, blood stasis and renal deficiency syndrome, stagnation of moist heat syndrome, qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome are the most common ones. With the increase of disease course, the incidence of Multiple uterine fibroids increases.
