Objective:To study the practical value of two dimensional and color Dopplerultrasound testing to DCIS.Methods: High-frequency ultrasound was used to diagnose thelesion site of108patients who were treated by operations and with pathologically provenDCIS in our hospital.According to the clinical palpation and ultrasonic features of DICSto assess the sensitivity of ultrasound with which to diagnose the pathological grade ofDCIS.Results:The ultrasonic manifestation of33(30.6%) cases of duct ectasia withnodule which including7(21.2%) cases of high grade,25(75.8%)cases of medium gradeand1(3%)case of low grade;47(43.5%) cases of local nodule which including30(63.8%)cases of high grade,1(2.1%) cases of medium grade and16(34.1%) cases of lowgrade;21(19.4%) cases of microcalcified which including8(38.1%) cases of highgrade,9(42.9%) cases of medium grade and4(19%) cases of low grade;7(6.5%) cases ofno special ultrasonic manifestation of local hyperplasioa which including1(14.3%) case ofhigh grade,1(14.3%) case of medium grade and5(71.4%) cases of low grade.Thediagnostic accuracy of DCIS with the help of ultrasonographic was associated with itspathological grade(r=0.250,P﹤0.05).The blood supply of the lesions was coordinatedwith pathological grade (r=0.438,P﹤0.05).The ultrasonographic characteristics of ductectasia with nodule was associated with the medium grade of Van Nuys(r=0.597,P﹤0.05),the ultrasound findings of local nodule was coordinated with the high grade of VanNuys(r=0.377,P﹤0.05),and the no special ultrasonic manifestation or local hyperplasiawas closely linked to low grade of Van Nuys(r=0.292,P﹤0.05).Conclusion:DCIS hascharacteristic ultrasound features that can improve diagnostic accuracy and offer objectiveand effective information for clinic.
