Clinical Research On The Effect Of Bushenhuayu Method In Treating Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Of Endometriosis

Objective:To observe the treatment of Bushenhuayu method on kidney deficiency and blood stasis endometriosis clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Methods:45 cases due to kidney deficiency blood stasis type endometriosis were r andomly divided into treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 15 cases. Th e treatment group was treated with Bushenhuayu method and control group with Sanjiezh entong capsule. Two groups were treated three months. Before and after treatment, the c hanges of patient's clinical symptoms, physical sign, and immunological indexes of CA12 5,TNF-α,EMAb were observed.Results:Two groups of the overall clinical efficacy were not statistical significance, P>0.05.Two groups all can ameliorate the symptoms of patients after treatment, such as dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, sexual pain, anal bearing-down pain, and reduce ovari an chocolate cyst and pelvic tenderness nodules, and increase pregnancy rate, two groups were compared not statistical significance,P>0.05.But improvement of the accompanied symptoms such as menstrual disorder, the lumbosacral ache, fatigue, dizziness, tinnitus, in somnia, dark complexion, the treatment group was better than control group, with statisti cal significance between the two groups,P＜0.05. Both groups can reduce CA125 levels, which had statistical significance; the treatment group was batter than control group. The treatment group can reduce serum TNF-αlevel, after treatment compared with before tr eatment, which had statistical significance, P<0.05, the control group was not statistical si gnificance, P>0.05.Two groups can transform EMAb into negative, the treatment group of negative rate was 44.44%,the control group was 25.00%.Two groups of comparisons we re not statistical significance,P>0.05.Conclusion:The Bushenhuayu method can adjust the immune function, improve pe lvic microcirculation, thus ameliorate patients with clinical symptoms and physical signs Bushenhuayu method treated endometriosis, which had a good curative effect.
