Clinical Research Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance By The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles Combined With Berberine

Objective:Polycystic ovary syndrome is women of reproductive age common gynecologic endocrine diseases, Persistent no ovulation. Androgen too much and Insulin resistance are the most important features. By systemic and rigorous clinical observation and research, trying our best to discuss that the Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles and berberine hydrochloride have effect on the polycystic ovary syndrome, looking forward to become a more effective method to restore ovulation, and mastering the basic procedure and clinical research methods.Method:Seleting 30 cases of patients with PCOS accompanied IR, all of them were treated with the above treatment for 6 months. Before and after the treatment,the fasting glucose,insulin reproductive hormones(including T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,E2) and clinical symptoms were observed.Results:The clinical study indicated that 16.7% of curative rate and 86.7% of effective rate according to this treatment. It can obviously improve patients with kidney symptoms and signs, decrease the ration of LH/FSH and increases insulin sensitivity,so as to resume normal menstrual.Conclusion:This method has a definite therapy effect, and there is not significant side effects. there will be important role and broad prospects in treating PCOS accompanied IR.
