The data was entry and analyzed by using the computer sofeware program of EpiData3.1 and SPSS12.0. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, chi-square analysis, Independent-Samples T test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results1 The mean scores of quality of life of female drug users in four domains: physiological domain (49.45±17.02), psychological domain (41.79±15.61), social relationship domain (51.62±17.39) and environmental domain (38.11±17.60), the scores of physiological domain and psychological domain of female drug users were lower than that of the normal group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). The scores of social support of female drug users were higher than that of the normal group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). The detection rate of psychological problem of female drug users was 63.1%, the scores of somatization and other (diet and sleeping obstacle) factors were higher than that of the normal group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).2 Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly correlated among mental health, social support and quality of life of female drug users. Total score and scores of three dimensions of SSRS were positively correlated with scores of four domains of WHOQOL-BREF (P<0.05). Total score of SSRS were positively correlated with scores of physiological domain, psychological domain, social relationship domain and environmental domain, correlation coefficients were 0.368, 0.356,0.477 and 0.405 respectively. Total score, total average score, number of positive items and factor score of SCL-90 was negatively correlated with scores of four domains of WHOQOL-BREF (P<0.05). Total score of SCL-90 was negatively correlated with scores of physiological domain, psychological domain, social relationship domain and environmental domain, correlation coefficients were -0.423,-0.342,-0.271 and -0.287 respectively.3 Single factor analysis indicated:occupation after illegal drug use, educational level of father, family type, family economic conditions, the frequency of visitation from family and friends, appetite and whether there was drug user in the family were related to quality of life (P<0.05).4 Multiple linear regression analysis indicated:The ranked factors from strong to weak correlated with physiological domain were somatization, appetite, total score of social support and occupation after illegal drug use. The ranked factors from strong to weak correlated with psychological domain were obsessive-compulsion, appetite, subjective support, hostility and whether there was drug user in the family.
