However, there are also some problems needed to be solved, and the biggest one is that Medical and health work in rural areas is lagging behind. More foundations and technicians are needed in rural areas, and the burden of medical is too heavy for peasants, which could make them as poor as a church. If this situation will not be changed, the construction of countryside would be seriously restricted.Since ancient times traditional chinese medicine has been the major methods and treatments in china. The advantage in convenient, inexpensive and effective made it more acceptable for the farmers, which lasts until now, making a broad space for development in vast rural areas. Meanwhile, as a unique China intangible cultural heritage, traditional Chinese medicine must be accelerated their inheritance based on the development to the masses for services. Therefore, we should firmly grasp the opportunity of the new countryside construction to develop traditional Chinese medicine making it more useful for rural medical and health constructions and promoting the development in rural areas.For now, few academics present the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and the new countryside construction. Therefore, we propose to strengthen government control efforts, to provide a good supporting environment, for which relevant laws, regulations and policies should be formulated and government investment should be increased. In addition, with the development of the new rural cooperative action, raising the ratio of the new rural cooperative medical services in the compensation would also be a good measure. Finally, strengthening the industrialization of Chinese medicine and building the traditional Chinese medicine base would to provide a good industry support for traditional Chinese medicine in the new countryside construction.
