Effect Of Reinforcing Kidney And Tonifying Spleen Recipe On Threatened Abortion Of Cytokines Th1/Th2

Objective:It is to study the effect of prescription Shenqishoutaiwan on cytokines Thl/Th2 of threatened abortion and the impact of the endocrine.Methods:Sixty-three pregnant women of first-trimester diagnosed as threatened abortion were enrolled as treating group and were divided into 2 groups, including treatment group,31 cases, control group,32 cases; control group were treated with Yijingkoufuye; treatment group were treated combined traditional Chinese medicine recipe of Shenqishoutaiwan with progesterone. Concentrations of progesterone(P), B-human chorionic gonadotropin (B-HCG), estrogen (E2),Lnterleukin-10 (IL-10),Interferon-y (TNF-y) in the blood of the early pregnant women of treating group and control group were detected twice before and after therapy. Observe the changes in TCM situation, the estragen (E2), progesterone (P), B-human chorionic gonadotropin (B-HCG), Lnterleukin-10(IL-10),Interferon-γ(TNF-γ) levels.Results:(1) the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving the deficiency of both spleen and kidney (P<0.01).(2) After the treatment the serum estradiol level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum estradiol level in the two groups were obviously higher than that before treatment (P<0.01). After the treatment, the serum progestone level in the tested group was higher than that in the control group, but there is no significant difference(P>0.05), and the serum progestone level in the two groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). After the treatment the serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the serum B-human chorionic gonadotropin level in the two groups were higher than that before treatment (P<0.01).(3) After the treatment,the serum IFN-y level in the tested group was lower than that in the control group, but there is no significant difference(P>0.05), and the serum IFN-ylevel in the two groups were obviously lower than that before treatment(P<0.01). After the treatment the serum IL-10 level in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the serum IL-10 level in the two groups were obviously higher than that before treatment (P<0.01). After the treatment the serum IL-10/IFN-ylevel in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum IL-10/IFN-y level in the two groups were obviously higher than that before treatment (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Prescription Shenqishoutaiwan has good effect on threatened abortion, and its mechanism may be related to elevated level of estrogen,progesterone and B-human chorionic gonadotropin and retrieved the disorder of cytokines Thl/Th2 of peripheral blood.
