A Study On The Application Of Self-created Xingnaojiushen Decoction In The Post-operation Of Hard Channel Puncture Hematoma Drainage Caused By Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:Observe the effect of Xingnaojiushen decoction applied in the post-operation of hard channel puncture hematoma drainage caused by hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Choose 54 patients according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion as well as exclusion criteria.Take operation before allocate them into two groups randomly. Both groups underwent surgery, general care and routine medical treatment. But the experiment group take xingnaojiushen decoction.Then observe all patients with Glasgow coma scale, GOS prognosis scale, clinical effect assessment and clinical symptoms of TCM, record the results then analyze it statistically. Results:After treatment the two groups both improved in nerve function, but it's more significant in experiment group. A month after the operation of hard channel puncture hematoma drainage,efficacy evaluation of patients in the experiment group is much better than that of the control group,especially for the short term improvement. Xingnaojiushen decoction applied in the post-operation of hard channel puncture hematoma drainage can improve effect greatly no matter which type of symptom of the disease. Conclusions: Xingnaojiushen decoction has an effect of detoxification, expulsion of phlegm, Clinical tests have proved that the efficacy of treatment group is better than compare group,which is a good way to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage combined Chinese medicine with modern medicine.
