Objective To explore the clinical application value of 3D-Slicer software positioning technology in intracranial hematoma puncture and drainage.Method We retrospectively included 42 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia area admitted to the neurosurgery department of Ningxia People's hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,and those were divided into:3D-Slicer software positioning group(n = 20)and traditional CT positioning group(n =22).In the 3D-Slicer software positioning group,the intracerebral hematoma puncture and drainage was located by 3D-Slicer software.In the traditional CT positioning group,the operator locates the intracerebral hematoma puncture and drainage according to the original CT plain film of the patient.Compare the number of intraoperative punctures,the distance from the end of the drainage tube to the preset puncture target,the hematoma clearance rate at 12 hours after surgery,and 3 days after surgery,the incidence of intracranial infection and rebleeding,Postoperative hematoma complete absorption time and modified Rankin scale score to evaluate the efficacy.Results 1.The hematoma clearance rate of 3D-Slicer software positioning group at the12 hours after operation [(42.0 ± 14.5)% vs.(30.0 ± 10.1)%;P <0.05],the rate of 3days after operation [(66.0 ± 16.7)% vs.(52.4 ± 11.7)%;P <0.05] was significantly higher than that of the traditional CT positioning group;2.The number of punctures during operation,the distance from the end of the drainage tube to the preset puncture target,and the time of complete absorption of hematoma of 3D-Slicer software positioning group were significantly better than those of the traditional CT positioning group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);3.There was no significant difference in postoperative rebleeding rate(10% vs.9.1%;P> 0.05)and infection complication rate(5%vs.9.1%;P> 0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.4.The prognosis of3D-Slicer software positioning group is better than those of traditional CT positioning group at the 1 month after operation.Conclusion The 3D-Slicer software is more intuitive and accurate than the traditional CT positioning method in locating intracerebral hematoma.The curative effect and prognosis are obviously better than the traditional CT positioning method,which is suitable for popularization in primary hospitals.
