Method:We divide the patients into two groups (Therapeutic and Comparied)after distinguish the type dialeticly for all the investigative object which is accord with the standard.①Therapeutic patients take Xuefu Zhuyu decoction orally before the operation, so it can enhance the endurance for the surgery. We choose the Improved Burr-Hole Drainage for the surgery, and we suggest the patients to take Xuefu Zhuyu decoction orally what based on symptoms by TCM after surgery. The patients are therapied by Western medicine at the same time.②The Controled group patients aretherapied by Western medicine among the ambioperation.③Not only the two groups accept the treatments above among they are in hospital, but also we should record correlation index, for example their clinical features,Glasgow grade,Karnofsky grade,cure rate (based on radiological findings),the fate of leaving the channel pipe,the time of be in hospital and so on. All of the dates will be analysed by statistical software in statistics. When we analyse the date among the ambioperation and between two groups, we can adopt t test, and we adopt chi-square test if it relates to the compare the ratio between two groups. Results:30 cases are operated by burr—hole drainage in the therapeutic group, combine with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction orally among the ambioperation, 10 cases/time have complications, including 5 remnant hematoma/acculumative fluid, 2 ensile gas skull, 2 sequela, and 1 others. The quality of living of patients have been improved obviously, only one is managed surgically again. The controlled group are managed by burr—hole drainage only, and combined with treatment of Western Medicine. 37 cases/time have complications, 20 fuction are not satisfactory, including 6 remnant hematoma or acculumative fluid, 8 tensile gas skull, 3 sequela, and 8 others. 6 are managed surgically again, but the effect is not satisfactory. They are been managed by internal medicine afterwards. The average days in hospital are 18. Conclusion: The advantage of using Xuefu Zhuyu decoction among the ambioperation conclude at the following:Before the operation, it can build up patients and enhance operation tolerance of patients. It can diminish or avoid complications that may occer during the operation. After the operation, it can diminish the effection of preoperative complication and control the postoperative complications effectively. It also can reduce the second operation radio because of the interenal rehaemorrhagia. Besides, It can decrease the draining time. So, the length of stay is greatly decreasedand patients quality of life was also improved greatly.Because the literature which refer to the investigation of my disquisition is singularly relatively beforetime, as well as they were back of treatise detailedly and scientific, the innovation of this disquisition is obviously. We can make the conclude that curative effect of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is reliably among the treatment of the CSDH ambioperation, so it's feasibility is great.
