The Theoretical And Clinical Research Of Acute Pancreatitis Based On Toxin Theory

Objective: This study is carried out by clinical research of Acute Pancreatitis based on toxin theory to investigate the reasonable, the accuracy and reliability of treating AP with the detoxification principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to guide clinical. Method: A total of 60 cases observed objects selected randomly were divided into two groups, experimental group (30 cases) in the treatment of Anyiqudutang on the basis of Western medicine treatment and the control group (30 cases) to the TCM and Western medicine treatment. Cases were selected for 10 days as a course, whose symptoms including TCM syndrome score, comprehensive clinical efficacy, endotoxin, IL-6, TNF-α, white blood cell count, PAMY, UAMY, CT, Ca, Glu. Results: Comparison of TCM symptom scores: both groups decreased, and the experimental group was more obvious than the control group, with significant statistical difference (p<0.05 or p<0.01); comprehensive clinical efficacy: despite the efficiency, no significant difference (p>0.05), but the markedly effective rate in the experimental group than the control group, with significant difference (p<0.05); Laboratory parameters: endotoxin , TNF-α, Glu and UAMY of two groups significantly decreased with the experimental group than the control group, and had a statistically significant (p<0.05); IL-10 levels of the experimental group reduced lower than control group, and had a statistically significant (p<0.05); IL-6, white blood cell count decreased, but there was no significant difference (p>0.05); the experimental group required less time than the control group on the disappearance time of abdominal pain, bloating, nausea and vomiting with significant statistical difference (p<0.05). Conclusion: Treating AP with the detoxification principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine achieved satisfactory results and provided an effective treatment methods and ideas.
