【objectives】To observe the difference of the effect between the treatment of Western medicine treatment of routine method add Chinese medicine Dachaihutang and Acupuncture and simple Western medicine treatment to the index such as the serum amylase, urinary amylase, WBC and APACHE-Ⅱscore. and then to make comparison in symptoms and signs of recovery time and cumulative time in hospital. explore the advantages of Integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment of MAP, evaluate its clinical value, thus to promote the Treatment of Mild Acute Pancreatitis By traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine and to prevent the transformation of MAP to SAP.【Methods】the clinical data of 60 patients of MAP witch was collected from General surgery and Gastroenterology being analyzed. Western diagnostic of AP refers to diagnostic criteria of surgery, TCM diagnostic criteria refers to about AP and its own characteristics of AP, the 60 cases of MAP were.randomly divided into two groups(A and B), each group include 30 cases. A:control group treated with Western medicine alone; B:treatment group therapy in Western medicine, based on the compound was added into the Dachengqitang stomach and retention enema, the Dachengqitang injected into stomach. intestines from decompression and retention enema must combined disease with symptoms, A course must be seven days, then compare blood biochemistry,WBC,urinary amylase and the change of symptoms.[Results] 1. Compared treatment group with control group, the treatment group time of symptom (including Abdominal pain Abdominal distension Nausea,Vomiting and so on) improvement is shorter than the control group.2. Compared treatment group with control group, The treatment group clinical Curative effect in significant and effect is higher than the control group (p<0.05). the efficient of treatment group is 96.7%.3. Compared treatment group with control group, two groups in hospital number of days comparison:treatment group in hospital time short in control group (p< 0.05).4. Compared treatment group with control group, in the third day,fifth day,seventh day, the comparison in APACHE-Ⅱscore, The treatment group time of symptom improvement is higher than the control group(p< 0.05或p< 0.01). the comparison within the group, in the first,third,fifth,seventh day, The APACHE-Ⅱscore have significant difference(p< 0.05)。5. Compared treatment group with control group, blood biochemistry and WBC in the first,third,fifth day, do not have significant difference(p>0.05)。【Conclusions】Integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment of MAP can significantly prevent the transformation of MAP to SAP, clinical effect is definitive.
