Community Care Of Hiv Infection And The Patient Analysis

Until today, the epidemic situation of Chinese AIDS has not been effectively curbed; Shanxi Province which was seriously epidemic area is in the same emergency situation. In this paper, the research topic is the community care which HIV-infected persons and the patient from Shanxi Province accepted for. The purpose of this paper is reflecting the status of comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS in Shanxi Province, and detecting the effect of AIDS community care of demographic characteristics in Shanxi province, and finding the emerging priorities and challenges in work to let other scholars put forward solutions.This article is divided into six chapters, and the ChapterⅠis an introduction, which is including the research questions, reviewing previous research results, introducing the study perspectives, and explaining the research method. The ChapterⅡis an introduction describing the demographic characteristics of HIV-infected persons and the patient in Shanxi Province. The contents are including general introduction and the introduction of seriously epidemic areas called Yuncheng city in Shan xi Province. In this chapter, the general introduction of Shanxi Province is described according to demographic indicators, such as the number of infections, deaths, age distribution, occupation, geographic distribution; and description of Yuncheng city is according to time series of the history. ChapterⅢis a summary of community care for HIV-infected persons and the patients. The community care system the author proposed was composed by a 3 layers concentric circle which is including medical assistance from CDC and hospitals, living assistance, and the construction of non-discriminatory environment from the inside to the outside. In fact, the three layers effects each other, which just reflects the status of comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS in Shanxi Province in the base of community care. ChapterⅣis an analysis of the role of community care according to demographic characteristics, such as HIV-infected persons and the patients'infection and death situation, the number of birth and migration three parts. ChapterⅤhas summarized the advantages and challenges of community care. And ChapterⅥis a discussion and conclusion section, which finds the emerging priorities and challenges in work to let other scholars put forward solutions.
