China's Rural Medical Assistance System

The China rural medical care assistance has effectually reduced the medical treatment problems for the rural disadvantaged group and has made great contribution to both economic development and social stability since it was built eight years ago. But there are still some lacunae in practice such as only a few people can get assistance,the average assistant budget is low,the investment and preparation are scarce and the law systems are less than good. In this article we started with the build and development of China rural medical care assistance and took the facts in shanghai for examples.We combined the methods of qualitative study and quantitative study in together, also we did theories expatiation and answers searching as well as the general studies and prototypical studies. By all these above we aimed to raise the financing, strengthen the administration, promote relative law systems and improve the rural medical care assistance with useful suggestions.
