Study On Working Fatigue Of Manual Sanitation Workers

Manual sanitation workers whose main works are cleaning rubbish on street and maintaining the street environment are a special kind of working group and play an extremely important role in the streets of the city appearance. Along with the science and technology constant progress and development, modern industrial automation level is higher and higher, but only a few developed city reach the street clean level of automation. Most of the city mechanical automation level is very low, so this manual street cleaning task is arduous. In addition manual sanitation workers are often exposed to special environment, such as noise, toxic gas and particles which make manual sanitation workers more tired. This kind of environment make the unresponsive workers who meet danger situations cannot defend themselves, and the streets of security and personal protection ability is closely linked, so the research of manual sanitation workers' fatigue is of great significance to prevent and reduce road accidents and protecting the health of body and mind operators.Based on the study object of manual sanitation workers in Fengtai district of Beijing city, three methods will apply to study the manual sanitation workers'fatigue factor. The tree methods are the questionnaire,interview and observation. When the questionnaires are all collected, many statistic and analysis methods will be used to the fatigue factors study. The aim of the study is to know the state of the manual sanitation workers'age, marital status, education level, working years, job total time, income, fatigue, environmental factors tolerance, working ability and job satisfaction, then the article will discuss the relations among them, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In the light of questionnaire collected data, I has used spssl6.0 statistics analysis software and used cross column couplet analysis, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods for the collected data processing.Conclusion of this study to understand this special manual sanitation personnel fatigue distribution is of some reference value. I believe that the proposal from the organizational and individual ease manual personnel's fatigue has certain directive significance.
