Results:1.the Uygur,Han and Uygur,Han tow ethinc MCL group plasma Hey levels comparition between the control group, there was significant difference between them (p<0.001).2.comparition of Uygur,Han tow ethinc MCI groups plasma Hey levels and different age, there was significant difference between them (P>0.001)。3.Single factor analysis manifest:hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking Htcy have statistical differences with MCI(P<0.05),while sex and nationality have not statistical differences with MCI (P>0.05); the logistic regression analysis showed:hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking Htcy may increase the risk to MCI. Htcy is more risk than other factors (OR=1.162,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.the plasma Hcy levels have closely relationship MCI。2.plasma Hcy levels gradually increased along with the MCIpatients ages.3.
