Objective:To evaluate the main factors effected the survival rate of digital replantation in our hospital recent years and to provide clinical experiences concerning the digital replantation.Patients and Methods:Retrospective collection and analysis of our hospital from December 2005 to October 2010 carried out 201 patients of replantation surgery data,251 fingers needed to be replanted, The effects of the patient's age, gender, injury level, injury classification, amputation level, disability refers to the way to preserve, warm ischemia time, the use of vein graft, vascular crisis, preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin and hematocrit and other factors on the survival rate of digital replantation were analyzed by the single factor analysis and multi-factor Logistic regression. Results:Of 251 replantated fingers,241 survived with the successful rate of 96.02%. There is no significant difference survival rate with Gender, Injury classification,Number of fingers,Blood Transfusion, Injury classification,Anticoagulants,Hemoglobin and Ematocrito There is a different survival rate concerning Age, Vascular crisis, Thrombosis,Warm ischemia time,Amputation level and The way to preserve. By multivariate Logistic regression analysis, the age, warm ischemia time, use of the vein graft, injury level, whether there is thrombosis are the factors directly affecting the survival rate, the same with single factor analysis. Conclusion:Patients' replanted finger's preservation methods, thrombosis, the level of injury, warm ischemia time, vascular crisis, the elderly, use of vein graft were poor prognostic factors.
