Although the prevention and control technology of the cow recessive mastitis is drawnmore attention, it is still not widely utilized for hardly diagnosing in clinic and identifyingthe distinguish between udder and milk among cow recessive mastitis as well as normal cows.As lot of reasons caused cow recessive mastitis, which were not resulted in the preventionand control technology widely applied. The object in this study was recessive mastitis cows.Through investigating the status of the5080heads of dairy cows with the cow recessivemastitis in five large dairy farms at random, it was supported the theory basis for treatmentthe cow recessive mastitis via analyzing the morbidity factors and isolation and identificationmain pathogenic bacteria. It was to filter the optimum treatment among four solutions. Thisresearch mainly had the following results:1. To determine the incidence of Mastitis, the5080heads of lactation Holstein cowswith the different parity and age were following up the investigation. The incidence ofMastitis was detected by the CMT (California Mastitis Test) combining with the experiencein clinical practice. It was demonstrated that the431heads were clinical disease, theincidence was8.5%,and the2286heads were recessive mastitis, the incidence was45%.The total incidence was53.48%. The positive of clinical mastitis was305heads, theincidence was1.5%,the positive of recessive mastitis was7620heads, the incidence was37.5%. The totally positive of mastitis was7925heads and the incidence was39%. It wasobvious that the incidence of mastitis was higher in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.2. To analyses the common factors caused recessive mastitis, the different age, parity, lactation and milk quantity of cows were investigated to study the causes of cow recessivemastitis. The results showed that the recessive mastitis incidence increased with the aged anddeclined immunity. While the recessive mastitis incidence was relatively low in triply parityof cows, the recessive mastitis incidence was relatively high in seventh parity of cows. Theincidence of recessive mastitis was increased with the augmented amount of lactation. Theincidence of recessive mastitis in the left breast was higher than that in the right breast, whilst the incidence of recessive mastitis in Breast after area was higher than that in the frontside area. 3. The pathogen caused the recessive mastitis was selected by isolation andidentification of pathogen with drug resistance experiment. It was shown that the mainpathogens caused recessive mastitis were streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus, enterobacter, escherichia coli, bacillus, putrefying corynebacteria, etc. The pathogenof drug-resistant strains endured amoxicillin, penicillin ampicillin were83.3%,46.7%,36.7%, respectively, in cows with recessive mastitis of NingXia area.4. Through treat3~5th parity of1600heads of cows with recessive mastitis,the390heads of cows were healed, healed incidence was97.5%,the826heads of cows were healedin milk area, healed incidence was96.61%,in group I with antibiotic therapy. The375headsof cows were healed, healed incidence was93.75%,the939heads of cows were healed inmilk area, healed incidence was90.12%,in groupⅡwith gene drugs treatment. The172heads of cows were healed, healed incidence was86%, in group I with traditional Chinesemedicine therapy, while the164heads of cows were healed, and healed incidence was82%, in group I with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The390heads of cows werehealed, healed incidence was97.5%,the618heads of cows were healed in milk area, healedincidence was96.87%,in group Ⅳ combining traditional Chinese medicine with westernmedicine therapy. The results shown that antibiotic therapy combine traditional Chinese and westernmedicine therapy and gene therapy group cure rate were relatively higher than traditionalChinese medicine group with long healing time. The gene therapy has widely appliedprospect.
