This test uses a pot experiment to explore the best nitrogen level and it's how to affect the yield and quality of the king grass. At the same time, using "3414" fully formulated fertilization programs to explore the best NPK ratio of the king grass on field production, for provide a theoretical basis for the production of the king grass, and provide guidance on quality and yield for the king of grass. The main results are as follows:1. The affect of nitrogen fertilizer on production of king grass(1)Nitrogen application significantly increased the chlorophyll content and plant height of the king grass, with the nitrogen levels increase, the chlorophyll SPAD value and plant height are gradually raise. The nitrogen application for6.95g/pot (N5), plant height and chlorophyll content reached the highest value, about168.36cm and39.45.(2) Nitrogen application0.87g/pot-6.95g/pot, the yield of king grass is increased with the amount of nitrogen increases, over this range to get13.91g/pot, the yield has declined. When nitrogen application to6.95g/pot (N5), the total fresh yield of twice mowing is59606.3kg/hm2, increased by145.2%contrast to without N. when nitrogen application to3.48g/pot (N4), the total hay yield is the highest value9498.12kg/hm2after twice mowing, compare to without N yield increased by127.4%. For the yield of kinggrass, nitrogen application rate is not as high as possible, there is an optimal nitrogen application range on yield of king grass.(3)Nitrogen application in the range of0.87g/pot~13.91g/pot, with the amount of nitrogen increases the nitrogen content(%) is increased too, but the phosphorus content(%) and the potassium content(%) is decrease. When nitrogen application is13.91g/pot (N6), get the highest value and the average nitrogen content is2.63% after twice mowing. Without N application, the phosphorus content(%) and potassium content(%) get the highest value, the average phosphorus content is0.136%and the average potassium content is3.13% after twice mowing. For the accumulation of king grass,nitrogen accumulation is increased with the increase of nitrogen application,the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium increase at first,decreased after get the highest value. When nitrogen application to13.91g/pot (N6), the average nitrogen accumulation is108.9kg/hm2after twice mowing, compared with no N, accumulation increased by357.1%. Nitrogen application to3.48g/pot (N4), the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium reached5.7kg/hm2and30.1kg/hm2,respectively, and compare to without N were increased by100%and96.6%, respectively. Means N application remarkable increased the NPK accumulation of king grass and king grass have luxury absorption character.(4)The crude protein content and nitrogen application rate was a significant positive correlation and with nitrogen increases the crude protein content monotonically increasing, the average curve is y=-0.0509X2+1.3802X+6.3356,when nitrogen application is13.91g/pot (N6), the highest crude protein content is15.63%.without N fertilizer (N1),the highest crude fiber content is24.16%, N application significantly reduced the king grass coarse fiber content.(5)Nitrogen fertilization can significantly promote the NR and GS activities of king grass, in the0.87g/pot~13.91g/ pot, with the increase of nitrogen, NRA significantly increases monotonically, GSA increases at first and then decreases, the first measurement (T1) and second measurement (T2), N6, NRA reached the highest value, respectively44.67μg/g·h and83.60μg/g·h, the third measurement (T3), N5is the highest for58.35μg/g·h, GSA in the first test of N3is the highest OD value0.080, second and third test of N4is the highest OD value of0.335andO.314.NRA and GSA in the whole growth period showed a single peak curve, push forward with the process of mowing reproductive performance to gradually increase, reached a peak and then gradually reduced, that is, T2> T3> T1. at the same time, the crude protein content, yield, NRA and GSA showed significant positive correlation with N supply.This study suggests that test the NRA and GSA can evaluate the nutritional value of king grass. For fertilizer, accelerate the nitrate assimilation of amino acids speeds, improve yield and nutritional value to provide a scientific theory basis.(6)The roots activity value increased with the increase of nitrogen, different amount of nitrogen root activity increased the magnitude and speed, but more than 3.48g/pot (At this point root activity values is24.79α-naphthylamine/gFW·h), the root activity value increased not obviously. Description of nitrogen fertilizer can affect the roots activity, contributing to the roots of king grass nitrogen absorption.(7) The best potted plant nitrogen application rate is3.48g/pot (nitrogen180kg/hm2,), nitrogen rate in the1.74g/pot-6.95g/pot (nitrogen90kg/hm2-360kg/hm2,), The king grass can grow normally, less than0.87g/pot (nitrogen45kg/hm2,) or greater than13.91g/pot (720kg/hm2, nitrogen) can limit the growth of king grass, no N fertilizer restrictions growth. Therefore, comprehensive analysis of different nitrogen levels of yield and quality, supply nitrogen3.48g/pot (about pure nitrogen180kg/hm2) after each mowing can satisfy for the high quality production requirements.2. The affect of NPK fertilizer on yield and quality of the king grassUse the results of pot experiments, the best pure nitrogen is180kg/hm2, after the conversion is set to "3414" the best nitrogen rate, with the P and K to explore the best yield and quality of fertilization of king grass in the second year, and the results are as follows:(1) The yield of king grass in the whole year period are trends to fresh and hay yield in September (T2) are get the maximum, in February (T4) to reach the minimum, maximum fresh yield is89.4t/hm2, the lowest yield is42.3t/hm2and. Hay highest production is15.5t/hm2and the lowest yield is7.8t/hm2. The fresh highest yield more than the minimum yield about111%, hay yield about98%. When the fresh and hay get the high yield, crude protein content and potassium content are get low, respectively,5.8%,1.57%, when the yield is low, crude protein, potassium content is higher, respectively7.8%and1.89%.(2)The yield of king grass would be increased by nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium under proper level, but decreased beyond the best level. The two pairs of factors are significant interaction between nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and interaction effects order is NK>PK>NP. The best combination for obtaining maximum yield was N585.0kg/hm2,P2O5247.8kg/hm2,K2O20.7kg/hm2,which theoretic yield was373.5t/hm2. (3)The best combination for obtaining maximum economic yield of king grass was N585.5kg/hm2, P2O5247.5kg/hm2,K2O20.48kg/hm2, in the other word, the cost ofN,P2O5,K2O was1170yuan/hm2,495yuan/hm2,61.44yuan/hm2,respectively,and output value was56022yuan/hm2,while profit was54296yuan/hm2.(4)The crude protein content of king grass would be increased by nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium under proper level, but decreased beyond the best level. The two pairs of factors are significant interaction between nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and interaction effects order is PK>NK>NP. The best combination for obtaining maximum crude protein content was N585.0kg/hm2, P2O5481.8kg/hm2, K2O85.6kg/hm2, which theoretic crude protein content was6.78%.(5)The coarse fiber content of king grass would be decreased by nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium under proper level, but increased beyond the best level. The two pairs of factors are significant interaction between the factors and their interactions affect order is NP>NK> PK. The best combination for obtaining minimum coarse fiber content was N331.5kg/hm2, P2O50kg/hm2, K2O157.5kg/hm2, which theoretic coarse fiber content was24.11%.Above all, consider the yield,quality and economic benefits, The best combination is N585.0kg/hm2, P2O5247.8kg/hm2, K2O20.7kg/hm2,and the yield is373.5t/hm2; crude protein content is6.0%; croase fiber content is28.5%.
