This paper to aim at the problem that the year produces to use amounts of seeds,the yield and quality of Curcama kwangsinesis to come down year by year due to the plant and extensive management.Based on the breed purify and rejuvenation,avoids using amounts of seed to lose, to formulate the rationally cultivating measure and scientific formula fertilization.In order to understand the nutrition regulation of Curcama Kwangsinesis,the characteristics of fertilizer requirement and then make out appropriate measures,two field experiments were conducted to study the content,uptake and distribution of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium and the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium on yield, curcumin content,naphtha content with saturated D-optimal design for quadratic regression in Curcama kwangsinesis.And research for using gemmas to regard explants inducement rhizome to form.The results showed as follow:1 The absorption law to the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in the entire period of duration of Curcama kwangsinesis.The relative absorption of nitrogen amount in seedling stage 39days, seedling last 40-69days,seedling last 70-99days,seedling last100-132days, seedling last133-163d were 1.95%,13.30%,45.61%,32.78%,6.35%. From that the stage absorbs amounts,plant being an absolute peak to the nitrogen at seedling last 99days,the stage absorbs amounts 1.6899g/plant, account for 45.61%of absorption amounts general. The relative absorption of phosphorus amount in seedling stage 39days,seedling last 40-69days,seedling last 70-99days,seedling last 100-132days,seedling last 133-163days were 6.87%,26.50%,38.53%, 16.70%,11.57%.From that the stage absorbs amounts,plant being an absolute peak to the phosphorus at seedling last 99days,the stage absorbs amounts 0.5435g/plant,account for 38.53%of absorption amounts general.The relative absorption of potassium amount in seedling stage 39days,seedling last 69days,Seedling last 99days,seedling last 132days, seedling last 163days were 0.18%,26.56%,51.98%,21.28%,6.35%. From that the stage absorbs amounts,plant being an absolute peak to the potassium at seedling last 99days,the stage absorbs amounts 0.7271 g/plant,account for 51.98%of absorption amounts general.Overall,the nitrogen absorption amounts are the most,there is no big difference between phosphorus vegetable and plain potassium sorption amounts,general entire child-bearing period nitrogen phosphorus potassium sorption proportion is 1:0.38:0.37.2 The space-time distribution to the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in the entire period of duration of Curcama kwangsinesis.The seedlings last 39 days,the nitrogen concentrate distribution on ground part leaf stalk and leaves,apportionment ratio accounting to 80.91%.leaves were the most,account for 44.81%,take second place in leaf stalk,and account for 36.10%;The phosphorus concentrates distribution on the leaves,apportionment ratio accounting to 55.65%, assignment in leaf stalkleads taking second place,for 43.22%;The potassium assigns 84%in the leaf stalk and the leaves,leaves were the most,account for 44.00%,take second place in stem,and account for 40.00%.As the formation of rhizome and the root tuber,three kinds of elements in adventitious root assign rates coming down,the rhizome and the root tuber assign proportion increase by gradually.Till harvest, assignment of nitrogen accounts for 18.88%in the leaf stalk and the leaf, naphtha and the root tuber account for 78.06%;Phosphorus account only for 11.81%,in naphtha and the root tuber account for 86.26%.Till seedling last 99days,potassium assignment leads falling to 63.58%in leaf stalk and leaf,naphtha and root tuber account for 27.89%;But seedling last 132days,potassium back-flow arrives at the nutrition organ,now potassium distributes to leaf stalk and leaf rising to 64.02%,when arriving at harvest rise to 65.19%.3 The source of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in naphtha and root tuber.The nitrogen having 11.66%comes from metastasis of the nutrition body,but 88.34%needs later stage root system stalkto absorb.The phosphorus has 25.97%to come from metastasis of the nutrition body, 74.03%needing root system stalkto absorb.Potassium has 19.55%to come from metastasis of the nutrition body,and 80.45%needs later stage root system sorption.4 In the entire period of duration,The rhizome and the root tube of Curcama Kwangsinesis output accept a phosphate fertilizer affects a maximum,is nitrogen fertilizer secondly,the effect accepting a potassic fertilizer is relatively less.But when being more horizontal than low level every factor,enhance but increase by without exception with being a factor's turn,exceed the best level,be to come down on the contrary;The maximal Curcama Kwang sinesis rhizome and the root tuber output formula constitute By:N 40.1 kg/667m2,P2O5129.2 kg/667m2,K2O 25.5 kg/667m2,that output is 157.59 kg/667m2.N,P2O5,K2O using horizontal being 39.3 kg/667m2,129.9kg/667m2,25.2 kg/667m2 respectively, Curcama Kwangsinesis rhizome and root tuber may gain maximal economy income,namely N,P2O5,K2O throws into respectively for 78.4yuan/667m2,77.9yuan/667m2,35.3yuan/667m2,CurcamaKwangsinesis rhizome and root tuber output 157.58 kg/667m2,value of output is 1260.7 yuan/667m2,fertilize profits is 1069.1 yuan/667m2.5 That curcumin contents in root tuber of Curcama Kwangsinesis accept phosphate fertilizer affects a maximum,is nitrogen fertilizer secondly, the potassic fertilizer is relatively comparatively less,the root tuber curcumin contents extremely large value agriculture scheme is:N 40.1 kg/667m2,P2O5 129.2 kg/667m2,K2O 25.6 kg/667m2,the curcumin contents are 0.186%.The naphtha contents in root tuber that accept a phosphate fertilizer affects a maximum,is a potassic fertilizer secondly, the effect accepting nitrogen fertilizer is relatively less.Root tuber naphtha contents maximal agriculture schemes are N 41.20 kg/667m2, P2O5 128.88kg/667m2,K2O 25.1 kg/667m2,the naphtha contents are 1.158 ml/100g.6 Filter out the optimum test tube inner forms the rhizome systemExplant sterilization:The first alcohol with 75%soaks 10 seconds, later prompt transfer to soak 8 minutes among 0.1%mercuric chloride.
