In the light of the problems existing in vegetable production:greatly used of fertilizer severely endangers the soil and vegetable. Mainly manifested by the changing of the organic structure in soil, the declining of soil fertility, the declining of the ability to maintain soil and fertilizer. Thus influencing the growing of vegetable. It lead to the accumulation of harmful substance such as nitrate and nitrite. And the declining of quality and storability of vegetable for the reasons of the wrong use of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium such as wrong ratio of N, P, K using and the excessive using of N This study used Chinese cabbage and water convolvulus and pepper as experimental materials, researched the impact of the biogas slurry on the output and quality of vegetables in tropics accorded to the practical situation of the methane tank and ecological civilization construction.The main results were shown as follows:1:The application of biogas slurry can improve the fertility of the soil, compared the nutrient content of soil before planting, the application of full liquid N processing makes the soil organic matter increased by2.66g/kg, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen increased by4.8mg/kg, available phosphorus increased37.61mg/kg, available potassium increased by73.79mg/kg;2:The application of biogas slurry improved the Chinese cabbage, spinach and hot pepper's yield and quality;①The biogas slurry processing, the application of biogas slurry N processing Chinese cabbage, spinach yield relative to the application of chemical processing of N were increased by74.3%and2%, which yields the highest processing:Chinese cabbage is disposed D, water spinach is disposed C. At the same time, Chinese cabbage leaves long, wide, growth, water spinach stem height and diameter growth quantity, pepper stem diameter and height than those in the control and the application of N in chemical processing.②The application of biogas slurry can improve Chinese cabbage, spinach, pepper of vitamin C and soluble sugar content, campared the application of biogas slurry N processing and Applied Chemistry N treatment contrast vitamin C were increased byl6.04%,46.4%,26.44%; soluble sugar content were increased by32.2%,25.9%,22%, and raised the water spinach leaves chlorophyll relative content;③The application of biogas slurry reduced the cabbage, spinach, pepper fruit leaf nitrate reductase activity and nitrite content, total nitrogen and total nitrogen of biogas slurry N processing chemical processing of N contrast nitrite were decreased by59.7%,62.44%,26.44%and the content of crude fiber in reducing water spinach stems, pepper capsaicin increased.
