Jianghuai plain areas with the rapid development of intensive livestock farming,manure produce has increased dramatically emissions,resulting in pressure on the environment of agricultural manure emissions caused by increased year by year,these problems have become the livestock industry and region important constraint socio-economic development.To solve the problem of manure pollution Jianghuai Plain intensive aquaculture,energy biogas projects are widely used,manure biogas project after harmless treatment resulting slurry due to lack of match land resources utilization and the corresponding bearing technology,large-scale farms biogas Jianghuai plain lack of efficient use area,have occurred due to improper use of biogas or direct emissions cause environmental pollution incident.Therefore,biogas as a link to pollution control project,clear the appropriate carrying capacity biogas slurry farmland under cropping patterns,explore the appropriate application of biogas technology,combined with the implementation of breeding,building farming cycle model has important practical significance.Hefei Feidong townships is an important breeding facilities and vegetable planting base,this article select a representative large-scale farms for the study,by greenhouse facilities beans-Hang pepper crop rotation experiments of different application amount of liquid methane on the production of vegetables,nitrogen phosphorus content and distribution facilities beans assess the impact of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient absorption,balance nitrogen and phosphorus-based system based security administration estimates the amount of slurry,a combination of different soil-biogas security capacity Hang pepper crop rotation system under,and economic analysis in order to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the facility Jianghuai plain vegetable farm biogas production safety administration.The results are as follows:(1)slurry application rate 400m~3 / hm~2 beans yield up 2719.30 kg / 667m~2.The maximum amount of slurry applied 800m~3 / hm~2 beans yield was 1987.94 kg / 667m~2,without the application of biogas slurry lowest yield 1660.32 kg / 667m~2 beans biomass and nutrients in the slurry applied to 400m~3 / hm~2,the best economic biogas slurry application rate 400m~3 / hm~2 around.Biogas slurry application rate of 600m~3 / hm~2,the yield of pepper Hang up to 2706.34 kg / 667m~2.Biogas highest application rate of 800m~3 / hm~2,the Hang pepper yield was 2664.97 kg / 667m~2,without the application of biogas yield a minimum of 2119.80 kg / 667m~2.From Hang pepper yield and biomass,the best economic biogas fertilizer Hang pepper is about 400m~3 / hm~2-600m~3 / hm~2.(2)The facilities cropping systems and nitrogen and phosphorus balance surplus analysis,the anniversary beans-Hang pepper autumn crop processing 400 m~3 / hm~2 when maximum absorption of nitrogen 18.49 kg / 667m~2.According to balance of nitrogen and phosphorus,nitrogen fertilizer for crops and biogas slurry of 200 m~3 / hm~2,the basic equilibrium.Autumn crop in dealing with 400 m~3 / hm~2 phosphorus absorption maximum of 2.65 kg / 667m~2.According to estimates assume phosphorus balance,phosphorus fertilizer for crops and biogas slurry of 200 m~3 / hm~2-400 m~3 / hm~2,the basic equilibrium.(3)From the results of biogas fertilizer on soil nitrogen and phosphorus content changes seen,biogas slurry can improve soil quality,improve soil nitrogen and phosphorus content,but also brings high slurry applied potential environmental risks.Total soil nitrogen in the biogas process at different times of 200 m~3 / hm~2,the content of the smallest changes,total soil nitrogen in balance.With the increase of total soil nitrogen content did not increase the amount of biogas slurry application,do not exhibit the phenomenon of total soil nitrogen accumulation,soil nitrogen content also showed a similar pattern.In the slurry process of 200 m~3 / hm~2,the soil available phosphorus content in the smallest,except topsoil phosphorus has improved significantly,other soil in balance,phosphorus balance assessment from the perspective of security applied slurry preliminary estimates in the amount of about 400 m~3 / hm~2.Phosphorus accumulated mainly in 0-10 cm soil in the greenhouse soil,when the slurry applied is greater than 400 m~3 / hm~2,lower soil phosphorus content will rise and accumulation.(4)The best economic biogas fertilizer beans is 400m~3 / hm~2,the highest value reached 7885.19 yuan / 667m~2.Hang pepper best economic biogas slurry application rate was 600m~3 / hm~2,the highest value reached 10,285.26 yuan / 667m~2.In this study,annual output value of vegetables economic point of view,the best economic biogas greenhouse vegetable farmland is administered approximately 800-1200 m~3 / hm~2.(5)Facilities beans-Hang pepper cultivation system with nitrogen balance security carrying amount of slurry year 400 m~3 / hm~2,and phosphorus balance in the slurry in the security capacity was 800 m~3 / hm~2.
