The soil of plantations has the problem of sticky, easy to harden and difficult to farm. The soil is compacted seriously with rolling machinery and the stampede by livestock. This paper combined vibration cutting theory and mechanics of soil tillage, set up dynamics model for the cutting soil, analyzed the influence for vibration about cutting resistance and the vibration excitation parameters about the cutting effect, obtained optimize combination of parameters by orthogonal test, provide a theoretical basis for the vibration mechanism design.The main works were as follows:(1) Establish the tool-soil mechanics models in rotary interaction, and analysis the influence of the vibration signals for cutting resistance by the model.(2) Use LSDYNA software to analysis soil cultivation, compared with field cultivation on the basis of the simulation results and test differences. It analyzed the influence of the vibration excitation parameters about cutting effect based on vibration cutting simulation. It obtained optimal combination of parameters by orthogonal test and used mathematical regression analysis to receive the function of the equation between the average cutting torque resistance and vibration parameters.(3) Design organization for roots and rotary, analyzed the movement of the two institutions and parameters characteristics, obtain the equations of motion for vibration mechanism, analyzed the transmission principle and the farming sector viability of vibration.In this paper, aiming at the problem of operating machinery with lower power, small traction and hard breaking in small machinery, it brings soil vibration cutting method, use ALE algorithm simulation analysis of soil cutting process, analysis the influence of soil cutting parameters, design vibration cutting bodies and associated verification.
