Sugarcane pokkeah boeng as a high incidence of sugarcane growth,serious damage to sugarcane disease,understand the characteristics of disease occurrence law,timely control of the disease,this paper to Guangxi Fusui sugarcane germplasm resources base,as well as the North Sea sugarcane planting base,Longzhou sugarcane planting base new national test varieties sugarcane new planting country test sugarcane,as well as planting in Guangxi Fusui planting base and Longzhou sugarcane planting base in the field test sample root sugarcane field tip rot disease control and Guangxi Fusui base.The results are as follows1.The incidence rate of Sugarcane pokkeah boeng and disease index of new sugarcane varieties in the national regional trial were 0.6% ~7% and 0.20~4.00 respectively.The evaluation of field resistance was resistant to the disease,and there was no sugarcane variety with high resistance level in the three places.Five of them showed high resistance in the two areas,namely,Haizhen28,Liucheng09-19,Guitang13-386,Roc22 in the Fusui County and Beihai sugarcane areas,Yunzhuan11-1074 in Beihai and Longzhou County,and four of them showed high resistance in only one sugarcane area,in the other two areas,the disease resistance of Zhongzhu No.13,Yunrui12-263 and Funong10-0574 was high in Fusui County,and Zhongzhu No.6 was high in Beihai Sugarcane area,while the other two varieties,Funong10-14405 and Zhongtang13-01,were high in none.The incidence rate of shoot rot was 0.3%~8% and the disease index was 0.07~3.53 in both Longzhou County and su-gen sugarcane.The field resistance evaluation of su-gen sugarcane was resistant to the disease,among them,Zhongzhe No.9 showed high resistance in two areas,the other two varieties showed high resistance in one area,and only reached the level of disease resistance in the other area.The results of investigation on shoot rot in different sugarcane areas showed that there were differences in different areas and varieties,and the resistance level of the same variety was different in different sugarcane areas.2.There was a positive correlation between the incidence of Sugarcane pokkeah boeng and the mean high temperature,and a negative correlation between the incidence and low temperature.3.According to the effects of different incidence grades of Sugarcane pokkeah boeng on its agronomic characters,we found that the height,stem diameter,single stem weight and Brix of sugarcane at the first and second incidence grades were all between2-30 cm,0.79-4.90 mm,21.7-80.0g,respectively,0.94~3.00% of the sugarcane with the disease grade 3 decreased in height,stem diameter,single stem weight from 2-60 cm,1.30~6.88 mm,21.7~106.9g,and 2.70~3.80% decreased from 40~135cm 3.39~8.18 mm,30.8~151.6g,5.98-10.38% of the sugarcane with grade 5 disease decreased from 90-198 cm,8.39-10.90 mm,68.7-270 g,10%-20%.4.The agronomic characters of Grade 1 and Grade 2 were affected by the disease,while those of grade 3,Grade 4 and Grade 5 were affected by the disease.At the same time,the growth rate of the healthy sugarcane was not seriously affected by the incidence of Sugarcane pokkeah boeng of 1,2 and 3 grades,while the incidence of 4 grades and 5 grades decreased by 10% ~ 20% compared with the healthy sugarcane.Sugar content accumulation in sugarcane was positively correlated with plant height,stem diameter and single stem weight.
