By electron scanning microscopy system, the morphological structure of vegetative organs and the development process of reproductive organs of Acanthopanax Sessiliflorus Seem (ASS) are discussed. Temperature lamination method is used to promote the development and differentiation of ASS seed embryo, and the process is observed. Research findings include:1. Vigorous secondary growth of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus root; strong secondary structure strong; clear growth rings; poresolitaries are uniformly distributed in growth rings; ray cells have many primary pit fields.2. Acanthopanax sessiliflorus enters secondary growth in the current year. During primary growth, epidemic cells have many layers, but the arrangement is irregular. Inside the various layers of cortical cells, there is schizogenous resin canal. Primary vascular bundle is collateral and numerous with tight arrangement. During anaphase of secondary growth, the arrangement of the various layers of epidemic cells is regular and orderly. Cortical cells near the epidermis form the phellogen with a little phellem and phelloderm. Resin canal is damaged; vascular cambium forms secondary xylem, secondary phloem, xylem rays and phloem rays.3. Acanthopanax sessiliflorus adaxial leaf epidemic cells arrange tightly with tentacle distribution. Most air holes are distributed around leaf veins. The arrangement of midrib vascular bundle is annular. Mesophyll cell has two parts, one is alisade tissue, the other is spongy parenchyma. Petiole is round with 7 to 8 vascular bundles.4. Basic number of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus flowers is 5; tepals and stamens are all 5. The development of stamens is earlier than pistils. Through quadrode stamens, anlages of round stamens develop to be 4 anther sac stamens. Stamens have two carpels. Two carpel anlages form conjoint simple postil and bifid stigma.5. Acanthopanax sessiliflorus seed is like cylinder round scutum. The innermost layer of the fruit wall is coarse and irregular. The interior of the innermost layer has fine stripes and inlays. The transaction of the innermost layer is composed by two parts:outer multi-layers and innermost one layer.6. Acanthopanax sessiliflorus seed dormancy belongs to the category of morphological and physiological complex dormancy. The embryo must go through two phases of morphological postripeness and physiological postripeness. Under warm temperature, through heart-shape embryo, mature seed keeps differentiating, from cotyledon, embryo, hypocotyls, radical to morphological maturity, and then basic germination conditions are obtained. After a certain time of physiological postripeness, embryo is well developed, so then the dormancy is awaken by low-temperature stimulation until germination.
