The purpose of this research is to develop the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture,and proved the high efficiency and energy saving in the production of ornamental plant in vitro. In the design and development of this system,the white LED was used as light source materials,adopted the nanometer LGP (light guide plate),controled the working time and illumination intensity by the control system. In this experienment, as experimental plant material ,the Oncidium and Spathiphyllum were cultivated in CCFL cultivation system in tissue culture,LED cultivation system in tissue culture,lateral light source cultivation system in tissue culture, discussed the effects of the different cultivation systems in tissue culture on the growth of Oncidium,Spathiphyllum and Dendrobium officinale,and proved the practicality,high efficiency,energy saving of the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture in the production of ornamental plant in vitro.1.The Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture adopted the white LED as the light source, the ray was transformed by the nanometer LGP (light guide plate), and scattered on the cultivation floor; controled the illumination intensity by the control system, achieved the innovation of lower energy consumption,hight efficiency,convenient operation in the production of ornamental plant in vitro.2.Effects of different cultivation systems in tissue culture on the growth of Oncidium in vitro, the results showed that:In the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture, the plant height,leaf length,root length all reached the maximum,and they are better than the CK, indicated that the morphological parameter of Oncidium in vitro were best in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture.But on the root number,the maximum reached in the LED(70%R+30%B) cultivation system in tissue culture, indicated that the red LED promoted the growth of Oncidium in vitro's root.on the freight weight,dry weight,dry matter rate,the maximum also reached in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture, indicated that the Energy-Efficient cultivation system was the best for Oncidium in vitro's photosynthate accumulating and transforming.The root vigour reached the maximum in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture, the LED(70%R+30%B) cultivation system in tissue culture followed.The the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total leaf chlorophyll content reached the maximum in the LED(70%R+30%B) cultivation system in tissue culture,the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture followed, indicated that the LED(70%R+30%B) cultivation system in tissue culture was the best for Oncidium in vitro's chlorophyll accumulating,and the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture followed.The the soluble sugar content reached the maximum in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture,the LED(70%R+30%B) cultivation system in tissue culture followed.On the Stromverbrauch,producking a million Oncidiums in vitro as an example, the electric power cost are 52100 yuan in the traditional cultivation system in tissue culture ,and in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture are 15700 yuan,only is the 30.13% of the traditional cultivation system in tissue culture,and save electric power cost 36400 yuan one year.3.Effects of different cultivation systems in tissue culture on the growth of Spathiphyllum in vitro, the results showed that:In the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture,the the plant height,leaf length,leaf number,root length all reached the maximum,the LED(80%R+20%B)cultivation system in tissue culture followed ,indicated that the Spathiphyllum in vitro grew best in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture.But on the root number,the maximum reached in the LED(80%R+20%B)cultivation system in tissue culture, indicated that the high proportion of red LED promoted the growth of Spathiphyllum in vitro's root.The the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total leaf chlorophyll content reached the maximum in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture ,the LED(80%R+20%B)cultivation system in tissue culture followed, indicated that the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture was the best for Spathiphyllum in vitro's chlorophyll accumulating.The root vigour reached the maximum in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture, the LED(80%R+20%B)cultivation system in tissue culture followed, indicated that in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture , the root's metabolism reached the strongest.,promoted Spathiphyllum in vitro to grow. The the soluble sugar content reached the maximum in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture,the CCFL(100%W) cultivation system in tissue culture followed,indicated that the Spathiphyllum in vitro's soluble sugar accumulated most in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture.On the Stromverbrauch,producking a million Spathiphyllum in vitro as an example, the electric power cost are 42900 yuan in the traditional cultivation system in tissue culture ,and in the Energy-Efficient cultivation system in tissue culture are 11500 yuan,only is the 26.81% of the traditional cultivation system in tissue culture,and save electricpowercost 31400 yuan one year.
