Agricultural products quality safety becomes a hot topic of all fields of society and government. How to implement whole process control of agricultural products is key technique for research and solution by agricultural scientists. This paper takes popular consumption vegetables of Wenzhou, Zhejiang province (tomato, cucumber, cabbage) as research materials, research on the key techniques of whole course of standard production of pollution-free vegetable. The results were showed:1. the absorption of nitrogen and potassium of tomato mainly appeared in middle and later period. However, the absorption of Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphor and Boron occurred in early-middle period. Absorption capacity (the amount of mineral elements absorbed through all growth stage)and uptake rate(nutrients uptake amounts) of N, P, K, Ca, Mg obtained a maximum value in period of fruit-enlargement, which is the period marked grandest mount of absorbed nutrition and quickest uptake rate, it means the vegetable must be supplied with enough nutrition in this period for highly yield and quality.2. The absorption rate in seeding stage of cucumber was not high. In this period the plant need N for growing roots system, leaves and stem. The uptake rate became larger and accumulation amount of dry matter has raised notable since initial bloom stage. So cucumber need more mount of N, K and it will be pay attention to the fertilized proportion of different elements during the fertilization period.3. The amount of N and K in cabbage was high in early growth period, but it was gradually decreased with the growth of plant. The amount of P doesn't change with the whole growth stage.4. The content of Nitrate in vegetable reduced with the increase storing time. And the rate of decomposition of nitrate goes fast under the low-temperature and freezing storage. Meanwhile, the amount of nitrite in vegetable was appeared growth and decline changes with rising storing time.The article analyzed the main species of diseases and pests and occurrence regularity and established comprehensive control measures. At last, this paper summarizes the economic and social benefit since the research achievement has been extended for three years and displayed the bright prospect of all-round extension of research achievement.
