The orderly transplanting technology of rice plotted-seedling is more and more popular between farmers because of its obvious effect of increasing production.But so far,the technology has not been popularized in China,besides the high cost in raising pot-grown rice seeding,the main reasons are that the domestic ordered throwing transplanters for rice plotted-seedling are without excellent performance or moderate price and that the imported machine is expensive,farmers can't afford it Therefore, the port seedling orderly transplanting machine research has the extremely vital significance.The cam-lever ordered throwing transplanter of ejection for rice plotted-seedling does not hurt the root and vine of seeding. The research group manufactured the first generation of the orderly transplanting machine of rotating squirrel-cage type ,take it as the research object,this paper carrys on the test, analyzes the existing problems, and improves it on this basis.The vine-separating mechanism of ejection typeis the key mechanism for the transplanter. In order to conquer the weakness of big impact load of jection mechanism,this paper proposes a improving design scheme using connecting rod to hinge lever and the mandril,then establishes and program the kinematics and dynamics model of improvement institutions,and use ADAMS virtual simulation analysis to verify the theoretical value.The Theoretical analysis results indicate that the load of improved cam is 29.84N,less than unimproved cam's load 37.5N,relatively reduced by 20%.Aiming at the poor precision of squirrel-cage automatic transplanting device,the position precision of pushing of mandril is bad.The mandril is always beating the grating or crushing the seeding hole.This paper improved the overall scheme of squirrel-cage automatic transplanting device:change the original coaxial rotation between cam and tray-conveying squirrel-cage to non-coaxial, in order to enlarge mandril's trip; a new automatic transmission device is designed for new seeding tray,Transmission type of tray replaced from roiling type. designs differential transmission mechanism and fluted disc mechanism,determines the differential transmission ratio and the size of the drive wheels,greatly reducing the whole transplanting institutions volume.the ejection rate is tested increasing 20%,and the volatility ratio is controlled under 5%.Before the differential gear ratio is fixed,the Powertrain system is rearranged, whole structure is more compact and size is more reasonable.The support structure is strengthened,The more stable institutions ensure the running accuracy.vine-guiding device is improved,the high vine-guiding performance is suitable for rice plotted -seedling at different life circle.A new generation of transplanting prototype was Developed,and the ejection performance tests has been carried on.Ejection performance to four kinds of soil bowl moisture of plotted-seedlings was measured under different gears.Trough analysis of ejection ratio and volatility ratio,for the new prototype,the new transplanter has high ejection rate and stable volatility ratio ,the soil bowl moisture of rice plotted-seedlings should be controlled between 20%-60%.
