The study of dynamic changes of the inorganic constituents and physiologicalcharacteristics of grape plantlet in culture process, clear the law of medium nutrients consumeand changes of physiological characteristics in process of seedling adaptation, have importantmeaning on improve the utilization of medium nutrients and guidance industrial production ofplantlet. In this experiment,'Gem Seedless' grape varieties as test materials, improved GS liquidmedium as the basic medium, changes of plantlets'morphological indicators in incubation time(plant height, leaf area, root length, fresh weight, dry weight) and nutrients in the medium (Fe2+,NO3+, NH4+, H2PO4, glucose concentration) were studied, some physiological characteristics inprocess of seedling adaptation were also determined (sugar, protein,Malondialdehyde, praline, chlorophyll content, SOD,POD,APX), The main results were summarized as follows:1.glucose were first increased then down, after this slowly rising with the in training days.glucose consumption was most in third week, was23.58mmol/L.2.The content of various nutrients showing an overall downward trend with the increase intraining days,in the second week had the most Fe2+consumption, was28.26mg. in the forth weekhad the most NH4+consumption, was0.26mg. NO3+consumption in the first fiveth week, was8.00mg. In the fiveth week had the most H-2PO4consumption, was0.76mg.3. Growth indicators were increased with the training days in the seventh week reach maximumvalue. Height, root length and dry weight without significant difference in different days.In theseventh week, plant height7.03cm, root length4.25cm, dry matter was0.094g. Compared withthe last few weeks, the leaf area, fresh weight of seven week had significant difference.4.Compared with that before seedling adaptation, only the soluble sugar content decreased, thedecline in the amount of6mg/gFW soluble protein, malondialdehyde, proline, chlorophyllincreased percentages had increased to0.67mg/gFW,2.2μmol/gFW,10.91μg/gFW. SOD, APXand POD activity trend is increasing, increased by413.39U/g,10.89U/g,44.14U/g.
