In order to analyze salt tolerance of grapes and establish scientific appraising system, this study has selected muscat hamburg grape,fengguang and three types of stocks (188-08,101-14 and 1103p) as samples, measured morphological and physiological indices of them under the condition of salt stress. Due to randomized block design, the indices are measured with 5 different salt concentrations, including 0%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1.0%. In addition, growth index contains Entry value of salt tolerance, growth rate, livability and biomass, organic osmotic adjustment contains SS and Pro, aging index contains chlorophyll, SOD, MDA and POD. Furthermore, this study has determined the appropriate physiological index for salt tolerance evaluation by employing stepwise regression analysis method, and evaluated salt tolerance of 5 samples with subordinate function values analysis.Main conclusions are as folllow:According to the measurement of 8 physiological indices and 3 growth phenotypes, this study has evaluated salt tolerance of 5 samples using membershp function, the result is fengguang>188-08>101-14>muscat grape>1103p. The indices of salt tolerance are determined as well, including soluble sugar, Pn, Tr, Gs, POD, chlorophyll, MDA, Na+ and K+.
