After freezing,the sperm's LDH activity in Chinesemedicine group's increased by33.67%than the control group(P<0.05), seminalplasma LDH activity in Chinese medicine group's reduced by23.46%than thecontrol group(P<0.01).Experiment Indicated: Chinese herbal medicine may effective improve cock's semenquality and the semen freezing tolerance,thus improve the cock's reproductiveperformance. |
