At present, liquid fertilizer increase gradually. Compared with the traditional solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer has natural advantage. First, the liquid fertilizer production cost about 30% ~ 40% of solid fertilizer; Secondly, quickly fertilizer effect, better effect of improve 5% ~ 10%, faster fertilizer utilization ratio improve 6% to 8% than solid fertilizer. Therefore, the research of liquid machinery has theory value and practical significance. The main means of fertilization widely adopted a foliar spraying liquid fertilizer, drip fertilization and Deep-fertilization liquid fertilizer applicator. Deep-fertilization with other fertilization is efficient and the characteristics of quick results. There are many enterprises producing liquid fertilizer in China, but only a few enterprises produce liquid fertilizer applicator. Therefore this paper of pricking hole mechanism of whole elliptical gears of Deep-fertilization system is researched is imperative. The specific contents of this research as follows:1) Key components is sure about pricking hole mechanism of whole elliptical gears of Deep-fertilization. The specific contents relate to spraying needle, rocker, angle of spraying needle and rocker, planet carrier and so on has been obtained. Module design of pricking hole mechanism has been builded, include kinematic model, dynamic model and the improved genetic algorithm model.2) Used Visual Basic 6.0 programming software has been realized the analogue simulation about kinematic of pricking hole mechanism of whole elliptical gears of Deep-fertilization system, and complete this system's design and implementation. As systematic analysis of the whole system function, explicit of the totality function, design system framework of the totality function. Overall the system function module was divided, in view of the main functional modules detailed design of the system. This paper studies the system mainly including acquiring parameters, parameter calculation, trajectory simulation module of the pricking hole mechanism. Trajectory simulation module can realize the dynamic adjustment parameters and refresh trajectories, observation track meets the design requirements.
