In recent years, with the increasing of population, industrialization and urban land expansion, land desertification area is gradually expanding, the arable land has decreased year by year and food problem is more and more serious. China is a populous country, the demand for food is very big, the existing land resources are scarce, and it is difficult to increase food production by increasing the area of cultivated land. Only rely on scientific and technological innovation can improve output per unit area. High yield and benefit agricultural development becomes guarantee the inevitable choice of food demand. Transplanting technology has incomparable superiority to direct seeding, which can shorten the growth period of crops in the field, improve plant resisting diseases and insect pests, drought, saline and cold ability. It also can improve the output of unit area and the quality of the crops, which has significant cost savings, increase yield and income effect. So transplanting agronomic is of great significance to safeguard China’s food security, but the existing supporting tools are still not mature, especially water injection equipment. Although there are a lot of water resources in China, but only a little belonged to every person. What’s more seasonal drought is very serious in north China and soil business is bad, which have a great influence on agriculture production. The way of existing irrigation, water demand is bigger that can not make full use of water resources. On the other hand, water injection is advantageous to the pot seedling survival after transplanting. Therefore, to explore a kind of high water utilization rate, simple structure of water injection device becomes a problem needed to resolve for completing dry field pot seedling transplanting.This paper integrated the research status of common pot seedling transplanting machine at home and abroad, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the existing furrowing or punch transplanting and water injection device. Then designed pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism, which was used in pot seedling transplanting, and test bench. This article main research content is as follows(1)There is no quantitative requirements to single plant water volume in the agronomic. Water injection volume was determined through corn seedling transplanting experiment in soil bin, which provides theoretical basis for the design of hole water injection mechanism.(2)According to agronomic requirements, analyzed characteristics and structure elements of pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism, put forward various forms of pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism, selected the optimal structure through modeling analysis, established mathematical model, and carried on the kinematics analysis.(3)According to mathematical model of pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism, computer aided analysis optimization software was developed based on VB6.0. This paper introduced function of every software module, used optimization software to optimize structure parameter of pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism, analyzed the structure parameters’ influence on work track, found a group of optimal structural parameters that satisfied the requirement of pricking hole and water injection trajectory.(4)According to the optimized structure parameters,drew 2d drawings in Auto CAD2008, established 3d model and assembled model in Pro/E5.0, then imported 3d model into ADAMS and carried out virtual prototype experiment.(5)According to pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism work requirement, test stand general structure was designed. Including the design of transmission systems.(6)Combined with the design of 2d drawings, cooperated with mechanical processing plants. Pricking hole wheel and hole water injection mechanism and its test rig has been carried on physical prototype processing.(7)Outlet diameter, motor speed, tank liquid level height were selected as the main influence factors, water injection volume as the indicator.
