The wheat pre-harvest sprouting is one of great disaster in the production of wheat.It is usually make severely lost in production and quality and low the commodity value.It is a worldwide natural disaster. It is well known that breeding and planting the pre-harvest sprouting resistance wheat is the most economic and effect way to prevent the pre-harvest sprouting.We discuss the effect of chromosome about seed dormancy in china spring and YY2 through the sprouting experiment of CS 42 ditelosomic lines, YY2 and the F1,F2 which derived from "CS ditelosomic" x YY2. And select the chromosome 2BS randomly and with the diploidy F2 was examined by SSR maker to examine the veracity of location result by CS ditelosomic. And loci the position of GE, GP, GI in order to work out the relationship between the them and dormancy. The investigative results were as follows:1.The sprouting experiment of 42 ditelosomic lines in"Chinese Spring" showed that some chromosomes significantly influenced the phenotypes of seed dormancy within the 42 chromosome arms,these chromosomes were as follows:3AS,4AS,6AS,2BS, IDS.2.The sprouting experiment of F1 which derived from "CS ditelosomic" x YY2, showed that some chromosomes significantly influenced the phenotypes of pre-harvest sprouting,these chromosomes were as follows:1AL, 1AS,2AL,2AS,3AS,4AS,4AL, 5AS,5AL,6AL,6AS,7AL,7AS,1BL, IBS,2BL,2BS,3BL,3BS,4BL,4BS,6BS,7BS, 2DS. 3. The sprouting experiment of F2 which derived from "CS ditelosomic" x YY2, showed that some chromosomes significantly influenced the phenotypes of pre-harvest sprouting,these chromosomes were as follows:4AS,6AS,2BS,7BS,2DL,2DS,3DL, 3DS,4DL,5BL,5BS,5DS.4. The sprouting experiment of F1 and F2 together which derived from "CS ditelosomic" x YY2, showed that some chromosomes more surely significantly influenced the phenotypes of pre-harvest sprouting, these chromosomes were as follows:3AS,4AS, 6AS,2BS,7BS,2DS. Together with result of CS, there are 3AS,4AS,6AS,2BS,7BS, IDS that have main effect on seed dormancy.and the dormancy effect on IDS has not reported.5. The SSR analysis on 2BS chromosome suggested that the linkage was presented during GE, GP, GI and xgwm510, xgwm210, xgwm50. The sequence order is xgwm510, xgwm210, xgwm50, qtlGI, qtlGE, qtlGP.And the distant is 39.6cM,2.5cM,37.3cM, 18.9cM,13.9cM. It is work outed that there are gene which control the dormancy in the 2BS, but it is show different position according to different research, method and parameter, but the positions can be located in some area.
