In this paper the physiological and morphological indexes in seedling stage, young forest growth increment indicators,indicators of parse-tree and index about wind damage of E.urophylla×E.grandis in different Seedling cultivation and numerous seedling ways were studied to explore different combination mode seedling growth rule and compaire the growth diversity .Then the optimal combination of seedling mode was selected to provide the theory basis and the technical support for production and practice.(1)The analysis of ground indexs in seedling stage showed that: the numerous seedling ways had obvious influence on the ground index and was the main influence factors of the indexs, the comparison results of different seedling cultivation and numerous seedlings ways was: cutting seedlings>tissue culture seedling, mud bag seedling>mesh bag seedling; the comparison results of ground indexs of four treatments in all period was: mud bag seedling-cutting seedlings>mesh bag seedling-cutting seedlings>mud bag seeding tissue culture seedlings>mesh bag seedling tissue culture seedlings.(2)Root development in seedling stage:①The comparison results of root fresh weight,root volume, root total absorption area and root active absorption area was the same:the different seedling cultivation and numerous seedling ways all had obvious influence on the indexes above. The numerous seedling ways was the main influence factors and the comparison results of different seedling cultivation and numerous seedlings ways was cuttings seedlings>tissue culture seeding,mud bag seeding>mesh bag seeding; the comparison results of ground indexs of four treatments in all period was: mud bag seeding cutting seedlings>mesh bag seedling cutting seedlings>mud bag seeding tissue culture seedlings>mesh bag seeding tissue culture seedings;②The comparison results of root active absorption area ratio between diferent deals was diferent from the other under ground indexes, The numerous seedling ways was the main influence factors and the comparison results of different seedling cultivation and numerous seedlings ways was cuttings seedlings tissue culture seedling>cutting seedlings, mesh bag seedling>mug bag seedling; the comparison results of four treatments was: mesh bag seedling tissue culture seedlings>mud bag seedling tissue culture seedlings>mesh bag seedling cutting seedlings>mud bag seedling cuttings seedlings;③The change rule of root Soluble sugar content over time was: low-high-low.(3)Match of growth in seedling stage:The seedlings morphological indexes fitting of four treatments in experimental observation was Index function.The anaysis of Index function and coefficient of Index function showed that:①cutting seedlings had larger initial tissue growth, than Tissue culture seedings,while Tissue culture seedings had a larger growth potential;②The breeding cycle of cutting seedling shorert than tissue seedlings 2-3 months.(4)The Experimental Forest 19 in South China Tree Seedling Experiment Nursery (SCEN),Zhan jiang,guangdong was investigated,when the trees were 19 month old, 23 month old and 25 month old.The analysis of growth increment indicators,indicators of parse-tree and index about wind damage,shows that : (1)The orthogonal experiment about different ways of seedling cultivation and numerous seedling and different clones showed that:seedling cultivation ways is the main fact which effect the young forest growth increment indicators, followed by numerous seedlings way, minimum for clone. The best combination is DH32-29+ mesh bag seeding+Tissue culture seeding; (2) the analys of indicators of parse-tree in different factors and levels showed that: the main influence factors of the ground survey indicators was seedling cultivation ways, followed by numerous seedlings way The underground indexs was mainly root biomass and the main factors of influence root biomass was numerous seedlings ways, followed by seedling cultivation ways. Tissue Culture have larger growth potential than cutting seedlings;(3) Although DH32-29 was better than GL9 in growth,DH32-29 significantly weaker than GL9 in the wind.So,we must be serious to choose clones in the places where typhoon is serious ; (4) The results of growth comparison and comprehensive comparison of different treatments was consistent, be:①GL9 mesh bag tissue culture seedling>③DH32-29 mesh bag seedling cuttings seedlings>④DH32-29 mud bag cutting seedling>②GL9 mud bag seeding cuttings seedlings.(5) The optimal seedling cultivation mode:For shortening the seedling cycle and improve quality of seedlings and without considering the cost of economic and environmental conditions,tissue culture seeding can be planted in mud bag a period of time, and then transplanted to mesh bag, this mode should be the best seedling cultivation mode;with considering economic and environmental costs,we should choose mesh bag seedling tissueculture seedling+clone combination seedling mode, and strengthen the fertilization management in seedling stage.This mode should be the best choice.
