Tibet is one of China's five pastures. Natural grassland, 21% of the national natural grassland, 68.11% of territory of Tibet, is 8207 million hm~2. However, Tibet natural grassland degradation is serious due to the natural climate change and long-term heavy grazing, and which even appeared seriously to desertification phenomenon in some area. Livestock is the main economic source of local Tibetan. Grazing is the only one in the breeding way. There is great difficulty in local implementation measures of ungrazing and forage regeneration. It is a effective mean to maintain economic growth, ecological safety and coordinated development by planting high yield and good quality forage and spreading gradually feeding confinedness with local middle-and-low-yielding fields or appropriate cultivated land area .This paper is part of heilongjiang technology project " Forage planting for husbandry and promoting the technology of grass silage forage ".The impact of the double cropping ratio of oat and common vetch was investigated for the largest proportion biological yield and nutritional value. Oat and common vetch were used for material, and there were 49 different mixtures cropping ratio compared with unicast. The study is about different mixtures cropping ratio on forage yield and quality mixtures was investigated . The best mixed seeding proportion of oat and common vetch was made clearly to improve the mixed seeding herbage yield and quality, which will provide the theory basis and the technical support. The main conclusion are as follows:1. Among different treatments, the highest fresh grass yield was 27424.5 kg/hm~2, and 345 kg/hm~2 (270kg/hm~2 of oat seed, 75kg/hm~2 of common vetch seed ) forage seed were planted, and increased 28.52% than oat single cropping in which the lowest fresh grass yield was obtained was 21338.1 kg/hm~2. The highest dry grass yield were 14799.06kg/hm~2 and were significant higher than other treatment,in which 307.5kg/hm~2 (255kg/hm~2 of oat seed, 52.5kg/hm~2 of common vetch seed ) and 285kg/hm~2(210kg/hm~2 of oat seed, 75kg/hm~2 of common vetch seed ) seed were planted, and the lowest dry grass yield was obtained in common vetch single cropping, and very significantly lower than other treatment.2. Compared to oat single cropping, the content of crude protein of mixed forage harvesting was increased with the increase of oat in different mixture group, but the content of NDF, ADF and starch was decreased.3. The highest content of crude protein was obtained from mixture group in which sowing seed was 285kg/hm~2 (210kg/hm~2 of oat seed, 75kg/hm~2 of common vetch seed), which is 1513.06kg/hm~2. Compared to vetch single cropping, the content of crude protein was increased 414.91% ; compared to oat single cropping, the content of crude protein was increased 16.77%.4. The yield of dry matter and contents of crude protein, NDF, ANF, starch and soluble sugar evaluated by gray correlation analysis showed that the first of correlation coefficient was obtained in mixture group in which sowing seed was 285 kg/hm~2 (210kg/hm~2 of oat seed, 75kg/hm~2 of common vetch seed), and which gained the best evaluation and is suitable for application and dissemination in Shigatse Tibet.
